I love it it is good for drawing I use clip studio paint on it I highly recommended it! The only downside is the speakers not to loud.

Windows wasn't updated before the laptop was sold. Who has 45 minutes to waste on the phone so the Geek Squad can fix what should have been done before the thing left the manufacturer or the store.

Not able to apply e-gift worth 100$ received on my earlier purchase back in September 2024 and thought to use it during black Friday sale on this purchase. But not able to use it even after discussions with store person and customer care. I personally spent 2 weeks discussing issue with best buy customer service to JUST receive gift card details as website and app not showing any details to redeem. Finally received physical gift card after 2 weeks but now not able to redeem as purchase value is on higher side as it's not in deal now. So, it's very frustrating process to use gift card and redeem on purchase which I wanted.

This was an open box excellent item but upon receiving it the screen had terrible light bleed and irregular lighting across the screen. The item had to be returned.

We really love this laptop, especially for the price. It is a recent model (2024) with great features and fast processing speed. No problems so far. This is an open box item so there were some sticker residues on the underside but we can live with this or we will try later to remove this.

At first i was excited for this laptop, I had it for a couple months and i regret getting it. It constantly has trouble connecting to Bluetooth, its heck-a laggy, and constantly shuts off over and over and over, My sound on it doesn't work at all i have to turn it down then up then down again when i disconnected my ear buds. And ofc these problems happen after the 30 day return period so I'm stuck with this. It is a horrible laptop i do not recommend
