Only used 3 times when computer crashed .Took into Best Buys, Geek Squad said it had to be sent back to Dell .They had to replace the Mother Board. They Returned it to me by 2nd Day Air - Brooks,TN to -Troy,AL it took 9 days for me to get it. Once I got it back ,it works great. A new computer should not crash, I do like the 17.3 in computer screen ,but would stick with a HP computer next time. Just bought a HP ENVOY While waiting for Dell to get back .I bought it as a back up -just in case Dell messes up again.

I am in love with my new laptop. The screen is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but its still not huge. Its pretty simple to use. I totally love it

This computer had all that I wanted, it is responsive, was very easy to set up and is capable of preforming all my personal needs right now. I use the computer primarily for small business issues, personal computing along with some social media. I do not play games or work with graphics of any sort.

Don't waste your money on this. I have had nothing but problems with it since taking it out of the box. And while I realize that can happen with anything, there are several other things I didn't like about it either.
The keyboard is small. Way smaller than it looks. There is so much 'open' space, I can only guess they thought would be nice as wrist rests? I don't know, but it's a dumb design.
Also, the material that is the "base" of the computer, which surrounds the keyboard is a super odd material. It's honestly almost like rubber, so it makes horrible marks with any touch of your skin just from the oils in your skin. It doesn't make for cleaning it up/off easy. Again, dumb design.
The other thing I thought was completely terrible is the sound system. It's HORRENDOUS! I would never use it to watch TV or movies or even music just because I couldn't stand listening to it, which I do frequently. It sounds like you're in a tin can or something.
The biggest thing I disliked is the bloatware that Dell puts on it. There is so much garbage that is unnecessary and unwanted that you can't even get rid of it.
