I have been in need for a new computer for awhile. My mom surprised me and got me a new one for Christmas. I wrote down everything i needed and wanted and she found it in this one. I had read pretty bad reviews on Dell's website but do not listen to them. I've had it almost a month and i have not had any problems. Every once in a while, it will pause/freeze for no more than 10 seconds and resume without me having to shut down or start task management. Extremely faster than my old computer and was able to transfer all of my files from my old computer to this one and iTunes. was a pain but it was worth it. I love this computer. It has much more than my old one did. Minor complaints are i wish it had more USB connections, wouldn't do the pause thing. I never get the constant update notifications. Iv'e only had to do it once actually and that's all. Starts up fine. mostly fast and def works with multiple programs going on pretty smoothly. Def. Recommended.

Powerful, everything is laid out logical in easy to follow formats. The screen size is perfect causing no eye strain. Very tech computer that completes what you ask of it. Easy learning curve. Lots of ports along with a CD holder. It's Great!!!

I was in need of a new computer for college and I spent some time researching which investment I would make. after some thought given, I decided to grab this dell up. It has plenty of memory and speed to get the job done. I enjoy having a slightly larger screen and having the cd/dvd drive in case I need it. the graphics and the sound are really great! I definitely recommend this product!

for the price, it's certainly good. It's a bit on the heavy side, but the anti-glare screen is a big plus for me, and it multitasks better than my Microsoft surface. Battery does drain pretty fast though, and it tends to not warn before shutting off due to it

I needed a good laptop updated to Windows 10. This laptop has everything I need. I'm old fashion in terms of Technology. I love the 10 key on the keyboard and the internal DVD ROM. It does everything I need. My only complaint is it has 2 - USB3 - which is great and one USB2. One of my USB3 doesn't do well with USB2 or USB3 devices. I'm in Technology and I know it is the USB port. I'm just too busy to call Dell to have the System board changed. That is another plus. This laptop comes with in home repair. (I just need to find the time and call them.). Other than that I'm very happy with this product.

I love this laptop. Speedy and lots memory and storage. The only con is the graphics.

Computer was purchased primarily for data entry purposes. It is more than capable of running most apps I need. I have been having some problems with Video card. Been on tech support a couple times. Outcome still pending
