    Gave it 3 stars- having problems with screen resolution so my Dad who is almost 90 can see the screen. Not sure if our dissatisfaction is coming from the laptop or more likely from the new Windows 10 which is certainly difficult to get used to.

    The older version had a much better keyboard and trackpad. This one just feels cheap. But the quality of the screen is about the same. Windows 10 runs smoothly. Only issue is the boot time takes a bit longer instead of instant it takes about 30seconds to a minute.

    Laptop needed repair as login would not work. needed to purchase service agreement from Best Buy to get it fixed. Took several weeks to get repair completed.
