    Hard to set up. The DVD player freezes then fast forwards during every DVD I have tried. The laptop is back at the store and I have no idea when I'll get it back. It's going to be wiped clean and I don't know if I will trust it to work correctly. Every step from ordering this computer, getting the financing right to simply playing a movie has been an ordeal. I'd rather return the computer and buy elsewhere. I'm very, very frustrated with this purchase.
