Too slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laptop is very small and easy to use. The touchscreen is very active. The biggest problem was how slow the internet speed was & how often it kicked us off the wifi. At first we thought it was our wifi, but our smart phones and tablets worked perfectly fine. When we took it back into the store we were told that the intel processor was a very old version. we were recommened a i5 or better. We got an acer for $135 more and an i7. MUCH BETTER! I def recommened it. Its not touch screen or 2-in-1, but it def gets an A plus in my book.

Great size and speed for granddaughter for college

Piece of junk

I bought 2 of these last year and both keyboards quit right after the warranty expired. Lasted a week or two after a year. The left side keys quit. After spending hours (at least 12 over 2 days) Dell basically said too bad. Obviously there is a flaw if two of them went bad. Dell gave me the biggest run around, I will never buy Dell again and I have bought numerous computers from them in the past.

Worst computer and costumer service ever

Dell refuses to replace it and promises I won't have any more problems. What a dumb promise! I've had Dells in the past but won't buy any more.
