Product need to be improved more with better options. Often facing problem with wifi and windows 10 giving some problems. I was told that system came with 6 months free antivirus, but it is only one month free trial. Same way it told me one year free for MS Office when I installed it, later it asked to purchase soon to avoid the inactivation.

Needed a notebook computer for general office work (docs, spreadsheets, internet) and this fit the need for a reasonable price. I like the "tablet" mode more than I expected, and the hinges seem sturdy enough -- we'll see what happens over time. I like the backlit keyboard -- I wish this was present on more low-end Dell computers.

Awesome 2 in 1. I dont use it as a tablet much but its pretty good.

This is a good Bugdet laptop. We use it for regular browsing, emails etc. sleek design is a plus.

this is the 3rd "NEW" computer with defects. Last summer I bought a like computer, and had to exchange it due a static sound coming from the keys. I checked with Geeksquad and the confirmed the defect. I really liked the it and hoped the second one would be in good condition but it made the same static sound and it also was returned. Now, with the third purchase, I hope for good quality this time. I was curious to see if this was a laptop without the defects. At first it was going great but then, I heard the static coming from the keys. It was very disappointing. I decided to give it a try, maybe it normal, I thought. But as I was watching a movie the screen began to distort and through more usage I noticed the screen begins to distort every here and there. It has an awesome operating system, great features, but bad quality.
