Customers appreciate the Inspiron 2-in-1's light weight, ease of use, compact size, and fast SSD. Positive feedback also highlights the responsive touch screen, good performance, and long battery life, with many considering it a great value for the price. Chose this computer for size and versatility of changing to tablet. Love touch screen capabilities. Microsoft edge takes a bit getting use to and truly concerned about the cost of Microsoft 365. Still have not made the commitment to purchase M365 yet. Otherwise, satisfied with purchase.

I like everything about this laptop. It was simple to set up, the keyboard works well (I am a fast typist!), the screen is clear, and it seems fast, functional, and usable overall. So far, I have only had trouble installing some software, but I blame Windows 10 compatibility with the specific software for my problems.

I got this laptop about a month ago and I'd say so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I was looking for something that would be lighter on the go than my 4 year old 15 inch 5lb laptop, something with an SSD, decent battery life, and capable of casual gaming every once in a while. So far, this laptop has met and in some places exceeded my expectations.
Things I liked:
-The 1080p screen looks really good. I had a 1366x768 screen before, and I was surprised how much of a difference it makes
-This thing boots up in less than 10 seconds! I can turn on my comp and start taking notes in no time at all.
-I think this is a windows 10 thing, but I love the facial recognition software. No need to enter my password.
-The touch screen is really responsive, and very cool. It also works fine as a 2 in 1.
-Battery life is good! Not sure exactly how long it is, but I can last uses throughout the day (about 40% left) and not have to carry a charger everywhere.
-USB C port for future connectivity. Also has a regular HDMI port.
-Very quiet/cool for normal use
Things I didn't like
-Fan does get loud when you start installing/doing graphic intensive stuff
-Maybe this was just me or my old headphones, but my headphones were very static in this laptop at first. I had to go into MaxAudioPro and disable the dimension sound. After, that it was just fine.
-It has 2 USB ports and 1 USB-C port. If you use USB 3.0 or 2.0 ports a lot, you won't have a lot of options here.
Overall, this is a pretty awesome laptop! It's hard to find anything wrong with it. If I could go back, I might've gotten the 15in screen (the 13in is kind of small because I was used to 15 inches), but I'll take the extra portability.

As an avid Apple user, I was reluctant to purchase a PC of any sort. However, this Dell has quality design, feel, weight, and performance especially for the price. Solid state design provides a much quicker response for any task. Great for business applications and multi media! The flippable, touchable screen is also a great feature for added convenience and overall flexibility.

I finally found my happy medium. I used a 15 inch for years (to clunky for travel) then went to a 11 inch (perfectly portable but useless if you need storage) so the 13 inch is perfect range. Great for school, the processor and memory are capable for regular use, the SSD makes it totally worth it. There's an SD slot and USBs if you need the additional storage (in addition to any cloud based storage you may already have). I'm usually reluctant to change but Windows 10 is user friendly. I don't really use the tablet function but the touch screen option is useful. Only gripes are the power button is awkwardly placed towards the front right next to the volume button. It takes some getting used to as you will mistakenly hit it, luckily it doesn't really power off but rather it puts the laptop to sleep. Also the speakers aren't the best (mostly because of placement-bottom of laptop) but there is a Waves MaxxAudio program that comes installed I recently started playing around with and it improves playback. Overall great machine for the price.

I know, people see 13 inches and think "way too small". I think this is the prefect size ,especially since laptops in the 15 inch range seem to have bulked up to the 5-6 lb range with needless options like a disc drive. I found the screen to be bright and the touch sensitivity is just right. The keyboard is well spaced out, not cramped to the point of fumbling on multiple keys. i can't comment on the track pad much, as I tend to prefer a mouse, but it seemed fine. The inclusion of an SSD is great, as it not only cuts back on weight, but results in speedy boot ups and shutdowns. I will however say that you should think about what you will use the laptop for. The i5 chip is fine for my needs, but if you are intent on doing something which requires more multi-tasking and power I would opt up to the version with i7 chip and 12Gbs of ram. All in all this is a solid everyday machine which is light and extremely capable.

I looked at and read a lot of reviews for 2 in 1's before purchasing this laptop. It has upgradeable SSD and RAM. It is fast and responsive and the IR Camera for windows Hello is pretty sweet and works accurately. the 13.3 inch is the sweet spot for using it as a laptop or a tablet. It's a nice color with an all metal body and the battery lasts for a good while as well. The only thing that I don't like is there is just a tiny bit of light bleed from one side of the screen, but that's pretty much expected from IPS screens. Overall, I love it!

Purchased this as a family laptop. We needed something fast that can handle various software packages like photoshop, plus media sharing and regular school projects etc. this was an excellent choice. Just the right size, not too small and not to big. The cost was very reasonable and it has the touch screen and tablet option. We considered the MacBook and MacBook Pro, just could not justify the cost plus we got same specs and better options with the dell.

My laptop was kicking the bucket. The hard drive fan was working intermittently causing the system to lock up. I need a laptop computer for work and I have had great success with the Dell brand many times in the past. Rather than ordering a new laptop online from Dell direct I thought that I would check out which Dell systems were available at the local Best Buy. I wanted something small and light, 8 GB memory and a SSD to prolong battery life. I was happy to find this particular configuration available at Best Buy and surprised to learn after searching internet that it was significantly less than ordering the same one from Dell or any other online vendor. My laptop arrived at the local Best Buy for pick-up seven days earlier than indicated at the time of purchase an unexpected feat given that the holiday shopping season was already in full swing. As I had hoped the battery life is so much better and when I work with large spreadsheets I use the HDMI output and an external monitor and don't even miss my old 17" Inspiron.

Purchased two Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptops with Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drives. They are awesome! Having a touch-screen in addition to a keyboard is a very nice option to have as some applications are better suited for a touch-pad. The touch-pad has a quick response time. The system itself is fast. No problems at all so far. Sleek design as well. The battery life is surprisingly long, 8+ hours.

I love this computer. It is lightweight and is easy to take with you when you travel. The size is perfect and the screen is easily readable especially with the touch screen feature. I love that I can put it in any position and can watch Netflix by putting it in a stand position or position it comfortably when I am sitting on the couch. The computer runs great and has plenty of speed. I am very happy with it!

Exceptional Laptop! I purchased this laptop on sale for $599 before tax.
Pros: touch screen is exceptional
Windows viewer with camera sensor logon works great, eliminates inputting and incessantly changing my password
Backlit keyboard is easier on the eyes
Processor speed is excellent
Very lightweight and clear screen and easy to use touchpad
Cons:
13.3 inch screen is a tad small, but I didn't realize that until I started using it-wish I had 2 more inches, lol
The power button is not in a good spot, I have only had it for a month and I've turned it off accidentally 4 times
Make sure you buy a protective case and a protective screen shield for this laptop, spend the money! Dell will charge you up the yazoo for a refueled screen if you break it because this is a fairly new laptop and they don't have the parts for it in circulation yet.
Very happy with my purchase, saved over $600 because I decided not to get a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro but outside of the different OS, this laptop is very user friendly and definitely comparable with a MAC

My objective was to purchase a portable system that was faster, lighter and more reliant than my seven year old HP Pavilion. My first choice was an 11" Lenovo Yoga which I quickly returned due its overly sensitive touch. I considered HP and Asus, but I chose Dell because of its keyboard, speed (the SSD's are great), and overall user-friendly features. It is a handsome, right-sized, lightweight, very reliable portable with a decent display, acceptable audio and a full-day battery life. All of this plus the convenience of buying it from Best Buy at a competitive price with great customer service. From my standpoint - Mission Accomplished!

Had this laptop for about 1 month and it is working perfectly fine. I needed a laptop with good performance and build quality and was little confused whether I should go ahead with 2 in 1 or not as heard a lot of mixed reviews. But I decided to go with Dell Inspiron and now I believe took the right decision. This laptop is fantastic, it has perfect size and the build quality is superb. Having a 7th gen processor provides unmatched performance supported by 8 GB DDR4 RAM and 256 GB SSD. The battery backup is good and you can add RAM if needed as this supports up to 16 GB of RAM. The facial login is very good and works fine most of the time. I have owned other Dell laptops as well but I am in love with this. Would recommend this laptop to everyone.

This was my first dell laptop I was impressed with the build quality of the unit, nice finish. Screen is quick response on touch screen and picture quality is excellent. Solid state drive helps boot up process in under 15 seconds with facial recognition. Battery life is good getting about 8 hours of continuous use with working with excel spread sheets and emails, little less when streaming videos online. keyboard has good feel and the touch pad works good. Sound quality from speakers a little weak but overall nice unit, bonus that it can double as a tablet when screen is flipped over and keyboard becomes inactive. Light weight and very quiet does not get hot either when using for long time.

This is a great laptop from Dell. The battery life isn't the best, I get about 3-4 hours on heavy usage, but it is very quick and responds well. Even the touch screen is useful at times, when I put it in tent mode, so I can have the screen closer to me and I am able to see Youtube videos more clearly.
