This Dell computer starts fast and runs very smoothly. Battery life is pretty good and I love the light up keyboard so i can work in low or no lights. I would definitely recommend this computer to someone who needs a lightweight portable computer.

It took a few purchases for us to find the right computer for us but this was it. It's light and compact while being very fast for our purposes. Fires up quick and runs applications very fast. It feels very sturdy and well designed. Very happy.

Lightweight, cool, easy to access and fast! Love the security feature of recognizing my face and the touchscreen. Processor is fast no problems with moving from program to programs. Touchscreen works great and is sensitive but not overly so.

After buying and returning a similar HP I was skeptical. That didn't last long - this is a great machine, perfect for my needs. i5, ssd, etc. and the screen size/weight make this easy to use and carry around. I'm very pleased.

Preparing for a world trip for one year is tough. This laptop accomplished a lot of specks in a small compact unit to fit a busy year abroad. The processor and the Hard drive will be excellent for their Mission.

A very fast and lightweight laptop I have not used dell in a while but this one surprised me with good quality. Specs are fantastic and the ssd works like a charm making the boot up process super fast

Looked for an easy to carry computer and this fills the bill. It's quick - works like a tablet, too. Love the fact that I don't have to plug it in as that's not always available.

I bought this laptop after speaking w a few friends and checking it on line and expected to be happy w it. It more than that I love it. Great size, weight and and speed!

I purchased the 15.4 inch version of this laptop and liked it so much I bought the 13.3 inch version as well. Has a quality build all metal construction. Hinges move nicely and rotate 360 to go into tablet mode. Screen looks amazing but has a little light bleed in dark scenes (both laptops). I bought a Dell USB C dock and can confirm it charges via USB C even though Dell claims no knowledge of this. Overall an awesome laptop that is high performing, great cost, and really portable.

I'm very impatient when it comes to waiting on processing etc.... I do a lot of multi-tasking with several windows/tabs open - internet, word, etc. I was cautious because I do have an Intel Core I7 desktop, and didn't want anything slower. Best Buy associates assured me, I shouldn't see much difference if any based on this being a newer version I5. This laptop does not disappoint. I'm very happy with it, and it's definitely a lot smaller than my old one which makes it much easier to use on the go - The main reason I needed one. Very Pleased!!! Touch Screen & Tablet option - EXTRA Points!!!

Purchased in Dec 2016 Pros: light weight, super user friendly, Cortana Cons; On/off tab is located in a bad spot. It's on the right side of the computer which is where I naturally tend to place my hand. Not a big deal but I do need to be conscientious or I may mistakenly turn it off. I'm not a fan of using certain apps simply because they suck in comparison to the actual website. I would recommend deleting certain apps that it comes with and going to the actual website

This laptop is easy to use and stays charged for a long time. It is also light weight and does not give off much heat while on my lap.

This is my third laptop in about 12 years and the quality and technology is far superior. I really like the size, speed, compatibility and ease of use.

Good affordable little convertible laptop. Great video resolution, easy keyboard, good weight, and fast enough to run my Office tools and making alive presentations. The capacity to turn into a tablet is a clever idea, I use it for my powerpoint presentations It is light and feels durable and reliable, I can feel confident to take it with me everywhere. It does all I need to do for my homework and projects, I am really happy with my laptop.
