Pros: The keyboard is nice to the touch. The touch screen is very accurate to touch. The computer turns on and off very fast with the SSD drive installed. Very fast WiFi A/C card. The shell does a great job of not getting finger prints. Cons: I wish the battery was larger for all day use.

I couldn't get my brand new Dell laptop to connect to the internet so I wasn't able to update the drivers as this was obviously needed. This was my last Dell laptop ever. I've had so many issues with past Dells that this was the final drop. I returned it and exchanged it for an HP Spectre which I just love.

This was the 2nd of these I purchased (same model and configuration) The 1st was for myself - this was for my wife, who is a bit computer-phobic. The hardware-OS combination in this design is as easy for her as her now-sidelined Android tablet.

I owned this laptop for 2 months now. I owned an earlier version and exchanged it for this one. What I like: Performance, Battery life, Excellent Graphics, Fast Wireless, Very Quite, Doesn't get hot, back lit key board, touch screen and 2 in 1 features. What I don't like: Some times Wireless is unstable. But not a big deal as the problem is once in a couple of weeks. Occasionally graphics card crashes, but recovers immediately. So, not a major issue. Overall I am happy.

There are a lot of good features on this Dell Laptop running Windows 10. However, the Negatives are that ... It Is a Dell and it is running Windows 10.!! I have bought several Dells over the years so in spite of some unfavorable reviews I read, I went ahead and bought this one. Apparently, Dell has lost its ability (or perhaps desire) to continue making quality products and their tech support is almost non-existent (and believe me, you'll need it). I also followed up this purchase by ordering some additional software through Dell and although I ultimately got the software, my experience with their customer service people was pure Agony. In the weeks since buying this laptop, I have spent a good deal of my time trying to solve problems and searching on-line for solutions to problems. There seem to be a lot of us out there, all looking for answers. Save yourself some grief .. look elsewhere for somebody who makes a truly decent piece of hardware and offers tech support to back it up. This Dell/Windows combo is a frustrating waste of time, effort and $$$

I am currently is writing the review using this laptop. I will have to return it soon though. I want to love this laptop so much but there are minors issues with this laptop that make me want to return it. First of all, when you plug in your headphone..... there are just random static/crackling noise when you open new program/windows/tabs even when muted. Since I'm a college student, I would have to use my earbuds a lot! and this noise is not helping it >.<. Actually that is the only real problem I have with it. Also the keyboard is so stiff and the keys are very small. Not a good tool for college students at all. I love the configurations a lot. SSD and good RAM and good size.
