I first bought a toshiba but it was so horrible that i returned it and bought this instead. screen resolution, sound, and speed are great and the trackpad is also awsome (main reason i returned the toshiba). I did seem to have an issue with the wireless card working with a NIGHTHAWK router - so there is definitly something wrong with the wireless card.

The two in one conversion is great. And the weight makes it a perfect tool! Business or pleasure it's really functional.

Great machine so far. Have had it for 4 weeks now - crisp performance, great looks, and light on weight. Ran into an issue with graphics card reset - googled the solution, easy 2 minute fix. Haven't really used as a 2-in-1 but touchscreen functionality is great even when using as a laptop.

I purchased this machine in November and till date it's working absolutely fine. Low weight is a big plus. I didn't encounter any ghost screen issue. The boot is pretty fast and with 6th gen i5, I am getting pretty amazing computing speed. The battery backup kind of depends on what are you running on your machine. I am a student and I used the laptop for 9 straight hours few days back when I was just working on internet and MS office. The other day when I was running MATLAB, R studio, 8-10 pdfs, excel, music and almost 30-40 tabs in a browser, it worked for about 5 hours. Didn't find any issue with the connectivity/wifi. Look and feel for this machine is pretty good. Keyboard is comfortable. haven't yet used the tablet or touchscreen much but couple of times when I used it, worked all fine. I bought it @ $700 during Black Friday sale. I find this machine worth the price. Definitely recommended if you need a good amount of computing power, less weight and below $800.

I first bought a 600$ Toshiba laptop but the screen and touchpad were completely awful. I returned it and bought this PC. its excellent. very responsive. great screen, really good touch pad, and tablet mode is great. I wish they would have found a way to prevent the screen from wobbling a little when converted all the way to tablet mode. they could have added clasps or magnets maybe? not a deal breaker though. speakers are also really good. Key strokes are excellent too

Strike 1 Dell. I have been a long time advocate of Dell. I have purchased many Dell products over the years. Dell always under promised and over delivered. I have had many of their upper end XPS for myself. The last thee laptops I purchased in the last two years all had issues. But I was able to help people set them up and work around the problems. Now I decide to purchase a 2 n 1 for travel. This laptop could not stay connected to WiFi and Bluetooth devises. Dell support had no solution. I took this product back and upgraded to the next model. Same issue. Customer service said they were not aware of this issue. But you can use any search engine and find it all over the Internet . So I returned the second one and spent more money upgrading to the newest processors and all bells and whistles. After 2 hours on phone with Dell customer service I gave up. Back to the store I went for a forth time this month. I was told by a salesman in the store that I was not the only one returning these machines. I take lack of customer service and 3 machines with same issues as strike 3. Dell your new laptops are useless. Customer loyalty is something that I train to all my employees. I guess at age 48 I am no longer in touch with companies using a good name to deliver inferior products and expect long time customers not to notice. Strike three you are out!

I don't recommend this laptop. I had a lot of issues and ended up returning it 3 weeks after I purchased it. I've always been a big supporter of Dell, but I am extremely disappointed in this product. Touch screen glitches a lot, WiFi is spotty, and I took it to customer service 3 times before deciding to just return it and switch to a different computer. If you are looking at buying this I hope you don't have as many problems, but from what I've read a lot of people have had the same issues.
