Great laptop, it´s very fast and with good quality of materials, the battery work perfect i´m very happy with my purchase

This laptop feels premium! Especially for the price. The touch screen is great. Even though this has the i7, the processor gets bogged down when running photoshop. You can not watch 4k videos using this laptop even using the DisplayPort(over the USB-C). That's disappointing. However, for the price point, I enjoy this as a portable laptop.

This laptop has good speed and memory. The touch screen is a nice feature too.

I love the product!!! Very elegant looking!!! A lot of ram!!! Very fast!!! I also bought a 3 yr protection and it seems useless. I bought a screen protector online from Amazon so Geek squad can install it for me. However, one of the mechanic said "you can come anytime and we will install it for free". Then, another one said later on, "you have to pay 14.99". Which is it? It seems my 3yr protection is useless?

To my surprise the computers performance has greatly exceeded my expectations so far. This is a new beginning for me because I've always used Sony computers because I never had any problems with them. This purchase is because my daughters in school and we needed to upgrade because she takes it to school. She's able to log on with no problems now and very quickly, no more freezing up. Great purchase so far.

This laptop is fast, lightweight and practical. I am still learning Windows 10 but overall I love this device.

Fast response and flexible with it's tablet and touch screen features. Could be lighter but worth the money.

Let me first begin by stating i did a lot of research and i even returned teo other computers before i landed on this one. So this computer is amazing it was everything the problem came after a few hours of turning it on. The monitor did a huge dive. It started with blinking out, than a white screen, and lastly the screen just froze. I got it back up briefly but its not the same. Now let me tell everyone that i conpleted the dell diagnostic's from thier site. That seemed to take forever and while the diagnostic said it was good the laptop screen continued to blink out and go white. I finally contacted Dell and they were amazing. After two minutes of online chatting and the submission of my original receipt the representative simplely replaced my laptop. The Rep informed me that Dell would first send the new laptop and then they would send a package to send the broke laptop. Honestly, i have a feeling that i got that "1" laptop in a hundred that had issues. Dell has replaced the laptop giving me an upgraded laptop. I would recommend Dell which is why i gave three stars. Also the three stars is due to the fact the original laptop did take a dive one me initially.

Light Weight, Flexible, Fast. haven't faced any problem till now. wish dell gave a stylus for the same.

I needed a new laptop for my real estate business. This one is perfect. It is very slim but still has a comfortable keyboard for typing. It is very lightweight making it much easier to take with me. I really like the backlit keyboard something I did not have before. I also appreciate that the edges are slightly rounded. My last laptop had a squared off edge that hurt my hands when typing. This Dell laptop does not hurt my hands at all.
