Needed new computer. Works well and great computer.

Of every computer Bestbuy stocked at the time of our purchase, this was the best value for over $500 and under $1,000. We've had no issues with it and love the design. Would recommend this PC to anyone.

This Laptop offers a 2 in 1 design which for me I find it useful sometimes but not always. This laptop has powerful processor and loads up so fast thanks to its solid state hard drive. however, don't expect too much from this laptop, I mean it still can do the basic stuff like internet browsing, general daily activities may be light games, but don't expect it to run heavy duty games or applications

This is an expensive product, but has a low performance, when you are working with edition videos, the product became slow and sometimes the screen is freeze, it Is Not friendly with some application like a photoshop edition, when you have some windows and some programs running it appears that is to much for the computer.

Nice computer. It does everything I want and more.

Couldn't get online. All other devices in house could get online but not dell computer

I bought this laptop for my wife as an anniversary gift. Overall the laptop works fine, but every now and then it freezes for a couple of seconds then it says that the graphics card is not responding. That is very annoying especially since she's only watching YouTube videos or searching the internet when it happens.

I purchased this for my daughter. It runs fine with regards to speed. It has has intermittent issues with the video card. It changes resolution on its own and when waking from sleep the colors don't always portray accurately. We have downloaded latest drivers and had no change. Not sure I would recommend at this time.

The computer is better that I expect, run very fast and no problems, The batery is great. I use the computer in mi home and work, is good choice and the best is the warranty program..only in best buy.

Having the option to use either the keyboard or the touch screen is helpful.

It does what I need it to do. Is easy to work on and easy to carry and move.

We have been using this Dell laptop for about 2 months and haven't had any issues that are laptop related. It replaced a 3 year old HP laptop that had some hardware and software issues. The hardware issues were too costly to repair. The performance and battery life of this Dell laptop is very good. I would recommend this laptop to anyone that wants a good general purpose laptop.

I have been looking for a laptop with 17, and ssd 256 which is same as this one.. The only thing which is not good to me which it is Windows 10, and I m not able to downgrade it to Windows 7

This is a decent laptop for the price. It does what I expect it to do.

The picture is very high quality. The size is perfect - the screen is plenty large, but the laptop itself is not cumbersome. I love the touch screen. Microsoft Edge (the internet browser) has frozen on me once or twice, but otherwise no issues. I have enjoyed using the laptop so far.

Fast as you should need, with just the right size making it ideal

Gave to our daughter for graduation gift. She absolutely loves and and freaked out when she realized it was also a touch screen!
