Great laptop. Extremely powerful - especially for the dollar amount spent compared to other MS products.

This laptop costs a little bit more than a mediocre model, but it is worth it! I probably won't use it in tablet mode, but it is nice to have the option. Crisp full HD 1080 resolution screen, with 10 finger touch. Keyboard layout is comfortable, backlight is a plus. Keys don't travel very far, but I have adjusted. I would have liked a number pad, but that is not a deal breaker. This unit is a bit heavier than the bargain models, that are intentionally thin and light. However the heft is due to better quality components. I e expect to have this laptop for a long time. SSD drive, 8Gb RAM and i7 make this laptop very capable. I can run several programs at once and can switch between them easily. Also this unit has Intel wireless which means greater compatibility and connectivity .

I had to re-educate myself of the new computer market at the end of Oct. With multiple visits to Best Buy and research comparison of products, the Sales reps assisted me with my choice. I can not be be more satisfied and happy with the Dell product purchase. It has been a joy to be able to have an efficient 2 in 1. It has made my job enjoyable and more time at home to be off the computer. I purchased my computer 2 weeks after thouroughly researching and the guarantee match price was not needed to be exercise. This Dell 2 in 1 is excellent right out of the box. Turn it on and it will do the set up and then you will see how wonderful the Dell Inspirion 2 in 1, 13.3 Touchscreen, i7, 8GB memory and 256 Solid State and the emails from Best Buy -Geek Squad for easy downloads.

A good device for the price point. Powerful, responsive and able to handle average users load. Needed to update drivers initially and that required using another PC to download. Automatic download of NIC drivers disabled WiFi. This may frustrate a new owner with limited tech savy.

This little laptop is fast and easy to carry around. Great for the basic web browsing and such.

I really like the backlit keyboard and the touch screen.

Bought an open box Geek Squad certified (basically brand new) model, took it home and wifi dropped out during set up. Rebooted PC continued with set up and wifi again dropped out. Checked some settings (device manager/network adapters) and found that the network wifi AC 3165 adapter was shutting down showing a fault. We returned the open box one and bought a brand new one thinking that the reason the first one was open box was due to this issue. Started setup procedure again and the same thing happened (see attached picture). After messing around with it for about 2+ hrs we decided that it just wasn't worth it if we're having this much trouble (with 2 separate laptops) right out of the box. Returned it and and the person this time at the Best Buy customer service counter said right away that "this is a known issue with this model". Why then is Best Buy still selling a laptop model, with a known issue of no wifi to customers?? We're long time Apple users and wanted to try something a little cheaper for school use, but after this, we're going to stay with Apple.

Fast and very light, great for what we need and then some! Love the tablet mode as well!

Downgrade to a smaller screen and love it. same speed as my 15 inch but more compact.

but only ok as a tablet. My old tablet was feeling slow and my laptop needed replacing so this seemed like a great choice. As a laptop it's great. Battery life is good, it's speedy, the touch screen is nice, keyboard is backlit and more. Flip it around to the tablet position and suddenly everything is awkward. apps don't always look right, the keyboard is now exposed face down, extra wide screen is too long in portrait mode, doesn't fold completely and doesn't have magnetic latches like when it's closed. maybe windows10 just needs a little more love in the tablet mode, but honestly, it's not quite there. However, for a modern touchscreen laptop, it's not a bad deal

wow THIS 13 INCH WAS AN OPEN BOX...A FEW HUNDRED OFF...i STUMBLED ON IT AND BOUGHT IT WITH THE OTHER DELL 15 INCH i REVIEWED. i HAVE HAD BOTH FOR OVER A MONTH AND AGAIN WELL SURPRISED AT POWER SPEED AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS I7 SOLID STATE AND POWER FOR VIDEO AND PICTURE EDITING. MY WIFE LOVES IT. WE ARE NEW TO TOUCH SCREEN AND WINDOWS 10. I WAS FAR BETTER JUST TO GET A NEW COMPUTER AND TRANSFER EVERYTHING THAN TRY TO UPGRADE 7 YEAR OLD LAPTOPS.

I was hesitating between a Microsoft surface pro and this Dell Inspiron. Decided to get the Dell inspiron instead due to the lower price with comparable specs. Very happy with the purchase.

After doing some research we decided this was the best computer to fill our needs. We weren't really looking for a two in one but we are enjoying this computer. It's fast and responds quite well to the touch. We are happy with our purchase.

This computer has everything I need, in the right size, for the right price. I shopped around and compared lots of similar laptops, but nothing topped this one. I purchased the open box and have been very pleased with the performance.

This was a gift to my 10th grade daughter. It is rated up there with the Mac book Pro. The touch screen and the ability to fold away the keyboard are exceptional features.

Good but the mouse pad is extremely sensitive and it sometimes makes the screen go wild. also, this was only 2 weeks old and the internal wifi connection went crazy and I had to call to get some type of system reload The sound and video for Skype works well if you use that as I do a lot. I use this for work and not for playing games.

The first thing I liked was the 13.3 screen size which makes this laptop easy to travel with. As I started using this laptop, it became quite apparent that due to the Core i7 it is very fast. The screen has a very nice display and it is easy to use in all light situations. This is a very nice laptop, that most would find quite useful in many different situations. This product is a great choice.
