loved it! Works great, only problem encountered was when flipped over to tent mode to use Zoom, screen was upside-down and would not flip, so had to open out to laptop configuration to use. picture is great, sound is good. plenty of memory for my uses.

I bought this laptop for school and I like it so far fast and easy to use and carry touch screen works perfect but here is some of the Cons first Alexa is not working good and the app crashed twice. The built-in speaker is horrible and sometimes it doesn't even work so I had to restart it.

It's the third Dell Inspiron that I own. I can't go wrong with this product. I usually use my laptop for school, but my kids also use it to play and watch videos. This laptop runs smoothly and doesn't heat up in your legs like other laptop do. Most than anything the price was excellent!

I really like this computer. The picture is very clear and it has enough slots for convenience. It is small but seems quite sturdy.
The battery is not that long-lasting, but is not a problem for my use.

Had to get my son a laptop for school. Told the geek squad what I needed and here it is. Had 250 gigabite ssd and 8 gigs of memory. The nice thing about this is that both were expandable. Now I have 1 TB ssd and 16 gigs of ram, (I waited until the parts went on sale.) Accomplishes every thing my son need for school. And the price was right. Thanks geek squad

Really wanted to like this laptop. it has the right specs for the price (I got it onsale for 200 bucks off) and has upgradeability that similar laptops at this price point don't have.
the 2in1 functionality was a bonus but a welcomed one since it works with MPP active pens.
I mainly got it as a backup device for content creation. digital illustration, photoshop and video editing. i use a full workstation for the heavy stuff but with my bad back, I like to be able to get off the desk and work on the couch or my bed once in a while. the CPU and upgradeable ram and Irix Xe graphics make this more powerful than my 5-year-old multimedia /gaming Asus that cost nearly twice as much at the time so I figured this was a great buy! I was wrong.
1. the screen has the WORST color accuracy of any laptop or monitor I have ever seen. I read only after the fact that it only covers 45% RGB. I don't need it to be as accurate as my main 4k 32ich photography monitor..but the main issue with this screen is the Red. there is no true red.... it's very yellow heavy making all the reds look orange and everything a slight sepia tint .. spent hours tweaking the color from the intel control panel and the windows calibration and finally got it semi-decent by brightening all the colors.... adjusting the gamma nearly all the way down. and adding of blue. it's not perfect but way better than before
2. the battery life is a joke. it says 2 hours but then drops to nothing after only an hour of being off the charger. This makes it unusable on the battery. I have only had it 2 days and have taken it off the charger only twice..yet it always seems to be dead before I am able to really get into it and do anything. being so portable and useable as a tablet...one would expect to use it primarily OFF the charger. but nooo. it's probably due to the ram and CPU.not being the lower ultrabook style. this makes it more powerful but less power efficient.
other than that.. it's a nice-looking laptop that sounds good on paper but is too difficult to use for productivity. I cannot see spending 800 bucks for this. I'm gonna keep trying to see if I can make use of it ..for $600 it was worth a try but if I'm on the verge of returning...

I've had this laptop less than a month and had a couple of issues.
Mainly web pages not loading up entirely and had to hit the refresh button once or twice. Had to go online with the Geek Squad and that helped a lot.

hard to give a proper product review when you've only had the product for a month, since reliability and durability should be a big
