    The item is good. Great touch screen, you can also turn it to a tablet in a sense. The only problem for me is its a bit more thicker. I prefer a more thin computer but for the price its fine.

    Very happy with it after 3 weeks, but I had to jump through hoops and hours on support to get the Menu bar (File, edit, view etc.) to appear. I cannot imagine why this should be an optional choice as you cannot perform any fuctions on your computer without that menu on top. Otherwise, happy with this product.

    It's excellent place to buy the items , I bought same laptop with regular price from Dell website , n wanted to return it as price difference n they are charging me 15% almost $115 for restocking fee !!! What !!! R u kidding me !!! It's holiday season ...if some one from Best buy do something about this issue for me , that would be great,... I have already sent them a receipt of the same laptop I bought from you guys ....

    This is a much faster computer than my old Dell. I feel like the support thru Best Buy has been great. I'm still learning about all that is included.
