I ended up returning it because it does not have much of a battery life. I was lucky to get 3 1/2hours after a full charge. I expect more from Dell

I haven't used it hardly at all and sadly cannot exchange or return although I've had it less than 30 days. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Dell Inspirion 14" 2-in-1 (Model I7440-5311BLU-PUS) 8/2/24 and am writing this review 23 days later. I have owned laptops from several manufacturers including HP and Lenovo. This is my first Dell -- I am very pleased with the purshase. When I entered Best Buy, I had in mind three different laptops with this being one. A very helpful salesperson asked good questions which helped me whittle down my selection to the Dell or an HP with similar specs. I caught a $200 price reduction on the Dell that sealed the deal but even without the sales price, I think for my usage and needs, the Dell was the right one. I'd make the same purchase again.

I had this laptop for less than a year and had only used it a handful of times. The screen went black and will NOT turn on. It powers up but the screen will not come on. The warranty is only valid for 6 months. I took it somewhere to have it looked at and was told that at the time of manufacture these laptops had issues with when trying to automatically update they would basically lock themselves up and not work anymore. This is exactly what's wrong with mine and now I'm stuck with a new laptop that will not work and basically a waste of money!
