I think this is a great laptop. SSD drive, plenty of RAM and i7 so it has plenty of power to do most of my computing needs. The only thing that seems to be limiting anything I do is the video card, and that's only because one of my programs requires a high-end video card. I also like that it seems solid - not flimsy like some of my other laptops. So far, love it.

Laptop has great features pretty quick. Ram, graphics , speed ,. Processing is very good. Very nice laptop. Only issue is with speakers which tend to flatten at high bass. But overall great. You can count on performance which is awesome . Just try the speakers if they suite you well for desired sound quality

I bought this laptop for my daughter for college. She loves it and it is perfect for the applications she needs for school. She used a tablet for high school so she likes the 2 in 1 feature. She tells me the screen size is perfect for her needs and its light weight and not a burden to carry around all day.

I bought this pre Black Friday $699. and am I glad I did! It is thin lite and fast. The hinge is super HD (a week part on most laptops) the 6th Gen i6 processor is great (the 7th Gen wasn't worth the price difference) it has 8gb memory and a 256mb SSD hard drive. Booting up is fast fast fast!

Got this new laptop last month for work and other daily needs. It is very fast, reliable and top of line among many of the Dell laptops I have used over the past 15 years. I would highly recommend this laptop especially for under $1k - great price for what you get overall!

I love my new Dell computer. It is easy to navigate to different screens. The touch screen is awesome and fun to use. The young man that helped me showed me several different computers and helped me decided which one was best for me. I'm glad I bought a new computer.

I bought this computer 1st through Dell and I encountered LED cell leakage on the monitor around all edges of my screen. 4 laptops later enduring multiple hours of rude customer service reps, I got fed up and purchased this laptop through Best Buy! That was the best decision ever! The staff was curtious and knowledgeable, and the computer I revived had no defects! The 2-in-1 screen is fantastic and Netflix looks better on this computer than on my flatscreen tv! Overall, I'm super satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new laptop!

This 2 in 1 is ready to go 30 seconds after it's turned on! It's light weight, and has all of the features I need. This was a great buy, at a very reasonable price. I'm probably going to buy a couple more for family members. Very nice computer!

I have had this 2 in 1 laptop for almost more than a month and I really liked it so far, as it has intel i7 with 512SSD which works much better for me. The only thing I wish it would have was a full keyboard as I'm working a lot with numbers.

Got this for my wife after talking w/her father. He recommended this laptop for what my wife needs to do. Fast, lots of storage, slim and light weight. I don't like Windows 10 but what are ya gonna do. It's her computer so what do I care.

I'm completely satisfied with the laptop. Its really fast and fun to use. And very reliable. Highly recommended. Has a decent 512GB of SSD, which shouldn't be a problem even if u intend to store some media or games on the laptop.

Purchased one for my daughter two months ago for college. Blindingly fast... Returned last month and purchased a second one for my home / office. Excellent unit at an excellent price. No issues with either unit.

Have only had it for a couple of weeks, but already I am impressed by the speed and performance of the Inspiron 7000. Boot up time is amazing with the SSD and it blazes through Photoshop. Well worth the price

This is my third or fourth DELL laptop over the years and I've always been satisfied until now. The computer is fast, runs well, doesn't freeze or slow down, and it looks beautiful. But the speakers are SO AWFUL that it's almost unusable for watching a show or video or listening to music. I've looked online, fiddled with the Dell Audio settings, and it still crackles at even medium volumes. It sounds awful and it reverberates on whatever surface I put it on. I'm taking it into the store.

This is a powerful and fast machine. Adjusting to Windows 10 is a patience challenging experience but I think it will work out. I miss the number pad but it's just an adjustment that I can work with.

It seems that laptop/notebooks are not designed to last more than 3 years. So I've tried several brands: Apple MacBook Pro (my son took over), Toshiba Satellite, Lenovo Thinkpad, HP Envy. I chose DELL because it had all the elements I needed: touchscreen (once you have it, you can live without it), Solid State (a little heavier but most durable) and a few other things. I purchased a Dell at club store; the touchscreen did not seem as responsive and in a few days it prompted for an update and turned to blue screen; I found how to get it reset but had no confidence in it so I returned it. Also the rep at Best Buy spent a long time with me making my decision and it was worth it.
