Bought this over a year ago. still fast, screen operation is perfect. plays movies, games great. i mostly use it for tuning cars and internet browsing. battery life is good as well.

This computer is really fast and lets you do about anything you need on a home computer. The solid state drive is great. Would be nice if it had a cd drive, just purchased an external one.

The combination of the 7th gen Intel chip with the SSD drive, Dell has achived great speeds and still has long battery life. Windows 10 is intuitive so transition from Windows 7 was easy.

This is a good size 2 in 1 laptop. It is light and portable. The screen is big enough to do whatever you need to on it. I have only had it a few months but it is working out real well..

Our last computer was becoming obsolete, and this computer took its place. Its fast, sleek, and the perfect size. It should last for quite a while. We're very happy with this purchase!

Got it on sale for $200 off, $50 more than the one with half the ssd and i5 processor. Does what I need it to do. Boots up in 5 seconds. Whisper quiet. So far has been excellent.

The Dell 2 in 1 laptop with solid state hard drive is the best-of-the-best. No heat, no discs, and lightning fast. And Windows 10 on a new computer turns out to be just fine. So dump your old machine, and upgrade to a Dell solid state - you'll be glad you did!

Love my Dell 2-in-1 touch screen laptop. It came with builtin W-iFi and Bluetooth functionality. It is very easy to use and great for everyday use in school and home.

I absolutely love my computer! I have the 15" and am so happy with it for the last two years that my husband went today and purchased the 17" since it was on sale. The 17" comes with the numbers pad on the right-hand side. Had I thought two years ago that I would have used it as much as I really need, I would have purchased the larger screen then. My next purchase will be the 17". The only downside to this computer is how slick it is. I've actually dropped it a few times and surprisingly it still works very well. I did have to take the cover off and bang out a few dings - but that was totally my fault. I also don't like where the power button is and where the power cord plugs into the computer. The power button is on the front right. I really wish it were on the inside of the computer between the screen and the main part where the keyboard is....right above the keyboard, like a push button. Instead, it's on the front right, side, and I hit it all the time if I'm using my laptop while sitting on a couch and have to get up (to grab a beer) - it automatically shuts off, but the good thing is I don't lose my work - there must be a "save" built in to quickly save my material. Anyway, it's in a frustrating place. Finally, on the downsides, I don't like the location of the power source - where it connects to the computer. I mentioned I often times use the computer when I'm sitting on a couch or chair and usually sit Indian-style. This presents an issue when my laptop is plugged in because the plug is so small it could easily get bent. I also wish it "snapped" in instead of just sliding in gently. This is because if it is pulled out just a little, it won't charge and I worry that it may arc. Not sure though, just a thought. If I were to redesign this component, I'd put the power on the backside, instead of the rear left side. Back to awesome things - the touch screen and the ability to flip the screen to use like a tablet or to set it up to watch videos is AWESOME! This is my favorite feature of the laptop. I think that's it.....unless you want to discuss the backlit keys - yup! Those are pretty awesome, too. Well, I hope this helps you decide on a purchase that is best for you. We purchase all our products at BestBuy because we feel the staff is knowledgeable and also we love to track our purchases online. Having access to other people's reviews is also extremely helpful.

I have good experience so far! The specs are great when you compare it to similar specs Windows machine at a much higher price point! I am pleased with my purchase!

Bought this laptop after lot of research. It is fast, touch is accurate and responsive. Only thing I noticed is little fan noise when you run couple of programs.

I got this with a student discount plus it was on sale and I'm very happy with purchase. The most important thing for me besides specs is the keyboard. I cant stand a bad keyboard because I type a lot and fast. This one is the best one I have ever typed on. It keeps up, its comfortable, and just plain legit. It is fast, has great visuals, and don't have one complaint. The only recommendation for dell that I will give is it would have been even better if it had a hinge like Acer provides so I could turn the screen forward not just backwards to turn it into a tablet.

This computer is excellent. Great storage for a solid-state drive and fast processor at this price. Everything worked perfectly out of the box.

This laptop is light weight. We like the versatility. We can flip it to watch on-line programs and the touch screen makes things very easy!

I was looking for a laptop with good configuration and when I saw it, I fallen in love at first sight with it's 13.3" version. I finally settled for 15.6". Overall it a good laptop with the configuration like- RAM: 12 GB; Core i7, 512 GB SSD with a touch screen. Using it from last 2 months not very disappointed but the Audio (Waves MaxxAudio Pro) sucks. The Audio Driver crashes again and again. Even it has a flickering sound on high volume.
