I spent over a thousand dollars on this laptop and it’s been nothing but problems for me. It’s the slowest laptop I’ve ever owned, and I’ve only had it for 6 months and it’s already beyond screwed up. It was good for about the first week or so of owning it. Now it doesn’t even turn on. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and everything and nothing’s worked. It’ll come on, the keyboard lights will turn on, then the fans kick on like overdrive, and then it crashes again almost instantly. I have a business to run and I can’t with a ruined laptop. Never buying another dell again. If you’re thinking about buying this laptop, go find something else. There are much much better options out there than this pile of junk.

Mbuckridge,
Thanks for your feedback. If you've only had your laptop for six months it should still be covered under Dell's One Year Limited Warranty: http://dell.to/2tNsVOs.
If you'd like to reach out to Dell's Technical Support Team for additional assistance you can always reach them here: http://dell.to/2sH7Qlm.
