I've had this laptop almost two months now. I upgraded from a Lenova i5 and I love the difference in performance and speed. The battery life is excellent. I play Sims 4 with A LOT of mods. My old computer took over 45 minutes to load the game. This Dell takes less than 3. So I'm very happy about that. I do have a concern with how hot the adapter gets when plugged in. The laptop runs very hot and the fan runs loud just playing the Sims 4 which is not a very graphic intensive game. From reading other reviews on various sites that may just be the "nature of the beast" and it's not a big worry. We'll see. Back in the day Dell was known for its new computers being laden with bloatware. Happily this is no longer the case. It was a breeze to get started right out of the box. I haven't seen a better deal for performance, storage and processor speed. So it was a great buy

I'll start by saying that I really like this laptop. The screen is large enough to get away without needing a second monitor for my purposes, and the laptop is reasonably portable despite the larger size. Speed and responsiveness have been good for work and minimal to moderate demand gaming. Being able to use both keyboard and touchscreen has been nice, and battery life has been excellent. The parts that I don't like are the image quality when streaming shows and movies--it just doesn't have the richness and clarity of the ipad pro. Also, when using the laptop in tablet or display mode (i.e. without direct access to the keyboard) I have found the interface to be much less convenient than I had hoped. Touch sensitivity seems off with numerous unintended clicks being recorded from simply brushing the screen, and the interface has been prone to freezing up. Also, in some apps it is possible to get stuck and having to flip the keyboard back around in order to navigate or exit out of programs, which is especially frustrating. So, for applications and gaming in the traditional laptop setup, this is an excellent computer. But for streaming and tablet applications, with and without the stylus, I will be sticking with my ipad pro.

Works very well with good speed, crisp large screen, perhaps just a bit heavier than my previous Lenovo. No issue with battery life. Like the onboard hard drive storage so not everything needs to be backed up to the cloud.

Big screen makes it easy to see everything, touch screen makes it easy to navigate. Lightweight, but solid. Strong computer with lots of storage, that's fast.

Love the full sized screen. I also like that it’s touch. Holds a charge super well. Easy to set up and use. Perfect for me to pay bills and handle small personal tasks but I mostly use it for sims and have had no issues.

Got this for my daughter who is in college. She has always had a mac book. She loves this computer, screen is big, touch screen, great picture, easy to use and set up. My IT department said if your going to get something that will last get the i7. We use the i5's at work and the i7 is quicker with way more memory. She finds this very easy to use and navigate. So far this has been a great purchase and works better with her college system since she has 3 online classes.

I have always purchased Dell computers for the past plus years. Each time I get a different model. This time I purchased what I think may have been one of the best laptops I have ever had. The process was a little difficult because of delivery issues, however the service that was given to me by the Temple store was second to none. The store is always on top of their game. The laptop itself is more than I expected. It is fast, easy to use, the transition from the old one to this one was so easy. The computer has been fast, the storage is amazing. Switching from one location or staying on the go with the laptop, has been great. There has been no lag time, no issues with connecting from one network to the next. Great computer all around.

Coming from the latest ASUS i9, I was slightly skeptical, as I'd never heard of Intel's 'Evo' platform prior to browsing my local Best Buy store. My (incorrect) assumption was the Evo was their budget option to its 'Core', but having the computer for a couple of weeks now, it feels entirely premium. (In fact, I've since learned Evos are tested to meet certain criteria - and while this could be more marketing than anything else, it does potentially makes them even more desirable than Core.) Super fast, really crisp/bright display, and excellent sound compared to my former ASUS, I couldn't be more pleased. Since I use my laptop as a desktop, I can't speak to battery life (though I've read it's outstanding), and would have loved this even more in a 17" model, but what's an inch or so when the computer has been 100% fantastic so far. The only (small) drawback, there are just 2 USB-A connections, but this was easily solved with a $15 purchase of an Insignia 4-port hub, which accepted all my peripheral devices without any glitch whatsoever. Getting this computer for $699 made it impossible to resist, and I'm certainly glad I picked it up. You won't be disappointed, highly recommended.

The computer screen is great for simple tasks need for a college student. Microsoft edge has cool templates for split screen and the keyboard has a nice and easy layout for typing. The screen settings do let you adjust brightness and limit blue light. The computer's battery is long lasting. Maybe a safe 8 hours. I would not recommend using it while the power cord is plug because mind has a tendency to overheat. I have found that if I completely shut it down and leave to charge for a hour and 30 minutes, it will completely charge with no overheating issue. The memory is great as well.

I bought the Dell Inspiron 16" 2-in-1 a few months ago from Best Buy, and it’s still performing like new. The Intel Evo i7 + 16GB RAM keeps everything running super smooth, and the 1TB SSD is incredibly fast. I use the touchscreen daily, and switching between laptop and tablet mode is so convenient.
The battery lasts a long time, the design is sleek, and it has all the ports I need. So far, no issues at all.
Best Buy’s purchase and delivery were flawless—fast shipping, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier!
If you need a powerful, versatile, and reliable laptop, this is the one. Totally worth it!

Outstanding! Meets or exceeds everything I expected for battery life, speed, quality and monitor support. Though the ad says it will "only" support 1080P video output to HDMI on the "standard" video card, it fully supports my quad-density monitor (3480 x 2160) in monitor mode, using the HDMI port, without having spent the bucks for the high-end graphics hardware. Delighted with this machine!

I am using this laptop from past few weeks the performance is good provided with 16 gb ram and the storage capacity is excellent 1 tb SSD. And the most part I liked in the laptop coming with 16 inch huge display with 300-nits brightness and stereo speakers, It can give me all-day battery life for work scenarios, assuming you're a professional of course.

Oh, for my use in my home office I could not be any happier. Excellent size, excellent picture quality, excellent speed, storage, excellent everything. For a guy who is age 80 and not the most computer literate that I’d like to be, I don’t believe I could’ve made a better choice. The price was a steel compared to the value it provides. Need I say more.?

This Dell laptop is fast and has sufficient memory. The touch screen cursor moves a bit irradicably for my taste so I use a mouse with it. I also like to use a larger screen to eliminate the need to wear glasses

Thanks to my boss and he recently purchased the new Dell laptop for me and I am beyond impressed with its performance and features. The sleek design and high-quality build immediately caught my attention. The processing speed is lightning-fast, allowing me to multitask effortlessly. The display is stunning, providing vibrant colors and sharp details whether I'm working or watching movies. The battery life is impressive, lasting me through long work sessions without needing frequent charging. The keyboard is comfortable for extended typing, and the touchpad is responsive. Additionally, the array of ports and connectivity options make it incredibly versatile. Overall, the new Dell laptop has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great value on a laptop with nice power and features. Is a 2023 model, but has the newest EVO i7 and we wanted a 2-in-1 this time. For my use it is perfect so far -- fast response, nice battery life, backlit keys, big screen with good nits rating.

Great price, good performance, decent battery life, and its fast too. Don't really need the touchscreen or the 2 in 1 feature, but its nice to have if I need to go that route with any of my programs. All in all, very satisfied.

Performance-wise, this laptop is a powerhouse. The 13th Gen Intel Evo i7 processor delivers lightning-fast speeds, handling everything from everyday tasks to demanding applications with ease. Multitasking is a breeze thanks to the ample 16GB of memory, ensuring smooth performance even when running multiple programs simultaneously.
The 1TB SSD provides ample storage space for all my files, documents, and media while offering faster boot-up times and data transfer speeds compared to traditional hard drives. Plus, the SSD contributes to the laptop's overall responsiveness, making it a joy to use for both work and entertainment purposes.
