Love this laptop.The 17-inch screen is wonderful and with the i7 it is very quick. Conversion to tablet mode is nice for watching. Would certainly buy it again.

I purchased this because work laptop crashed and needed a immediate laptop. This has lots of bang for your buck. Fast and durable for warehouse and travelling.

I love my laptop, it's heavy but that's to be expected because it's the largest laptop I've seen.

This touch screen laptop allows you the benefits of a computer / laptop with the perks of a touch screen / tablet. It has a large screen and the graphics/colors are beautiful. I need to buy a new computer bag as the one I have currently isn't quite big enough for as large as this laptop is, but it's not that heavy considering how large it is. Fairly easy to carry around.

Dells have always made solid computers in my opinion. I've always had Dell laptops and my old one lasted some 15 years before finally showing signs of its ancient horsepower under the hood. Everything still worked but not matter how much ram I needed a new laptop that is more of a desktop replacement than portability. It is a nice sleek machine. Metal clad exterior. Large track pad. Latest generation Intel. While it isn't a powerhouse it is good for the casual game. It is fast enough on most task that I will be using it for like Photoshop etc. The keyboard is slightly shallow but I have no problems typing on it. The screen is beautiful and it is a touchscreen that I don't really use. I don't like touching the screen unlike a tablet or phone. If you are looking for portability, it is probably a tad heavy and while do able if you really want to.

Nice lines, clean keyboard, light weight and fast! The price was right.

Then this screen and the really good accompanying sound system will impress. The touch screen is also quite convenient. That said the keyboard position is set back quite a way onto the laptop making it a bit inconvenient to type. I’m still getting used to some of the features as I’m not a gamer. Overall I find it to be a good product.

It took me 3 tries to get to this laptop. I initially got a cheaper dell and then a HP, but finally this one and it blows the other 2 away. It’s fast, has a great screen, and it also has room for a M12 solid state hard drive for expansion. I love the tablet mode and the overall quality. It’s a little heavier than my previous Lenovo ideapad which I was 5 years old but it’s aluminum frame it much better than the plastic the Lenovo was made of.

Good balance of CPU, Memory & storage. Graphics good for class and gaming. Dell support is unmatched.

The processor is quick and reliable. The facial recognition feature used to unlock the laptop is very convenient. I removed 1 star however, because the feature stopped working after the 1st year due to some software updates. I haven’t figured out how to set the recognition feature back up, although I am sure there is a way.

Very fast, starts quickly. Pretty light. Screen is clear. Have not used the touch screen yet. Had a lot of noise at first, turned it on to power save mode and noise went away. Only bad thing is where the power button and volume button are located. I press them a lot on accident.

Slim profile coupled with fast, latest 7th Gen Intel Core i7processor. Recommend switching to an SSD for even faster performance over the stock Seagate 5400 RPM unit. The difference with an SSD is substantial and immediately noticeable. Bought an external CD/DVD-RW for legacy software and a USB-C to 4-port USB 3.0 Data Hub as there are only one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 port on the unit. If you use a wireless mouse you are down to one USB port and the USB-C hub makes other connections a breeze though you do have to do it externally, which is not as convenient as a built-in port. Screen is nice and resolution from graphics is good. Anti-glare matte screen would have been appreciated at this price point. Overall a solid buy and a good way to get the latest hardware spec.

Overall it's a good fast laptop, except the harddrive. I would get a solid state for faster boot etc.. I do a lot of editing lightroom, photoshop and eventually it will get bogged down writing to disk. CPU, memory fine but harddrive is the bottle neck.

I love my computer. The 17 inch screen and the fact that is touchscreen is definetly is a bonus. Nice and easy to use. The only downfall is the fact on/off switch being on the side makes is a little inconvenient. The would be great be one of the changes to make in the near future.

I love the computer. It's fast sleek and with the large touchscreen it is easy to see and operate. The backlit keyboard is a great touch. It has excellent battery life and unlike my last dell laptop it stays pretty cool. It would have gotten 5 stars but the first one I had purchase from Best Buy lasted only 4 weeks before the hard drive gave out on it. I returned it to Best Buy for replacement but they did not have one like it to replace it for the price that I had paid. I ended up getting an open box of the same model. The open box had also had a hard drive failure. Maybe it was just a bad batch of hard drives but we shall see. I will come back and update this if it fails again.

Lap Top seems to be of very good quality. Lap Top has a lot of very user friendly features. The touch screen is awesome. Runs super fast, Lightweight and easy to carry. I bought a backpack for the laptop, which there is few to choose from since it it such a wide screen.

I purchased a refurbished Dell figuring it had been thoroughly checked over before putting it back on the market. Well they missed something and within two weeks it was taken back to Best Buy because the hard drive had died. The now re-repaired computer is working great. Love the 2-in-one feature along with the touch screen. I purchased an identical new, not refurbished model for my wife and no problems at all with that one. This is my first Win10 machine having not updated since Vista. It takes time to figure how to get here and there but getting easier every day. My biggest complaint is they expect you pay monthly or yearly for a decent word processor which just isn't right, in my opinion.
