It's great for the price, but the 16gb max memory kind of is a bummer. It does have an M.2 SATA plug in for that extra solid state drive which will give you that real speed coupled with the i7 Intel CPU. Large screen, lightweight, decent sound, nice features.

This computer/tablet is very light weight. The graphics are great. The battery life is better than my previous laptops. I am just a little disappointed that it runs a little slower than my previous laptop. I may upgrade it with a solid state drive for quicker performance. My previous laptop was also a Dell Inspiron 7000, Icore 7, 17", 16GB. Bought it in 2015. It ran faster than this model. I miss it. Died in its prime from an accident. Since I have had great results with the Dell Laptops, I hurried out to buy another Dell to replace the one that died as a result of a protein shake blowing up on it and killing the motherboard.

I am transitioning from Desk top computor to laptop and am transferring or adding a number of programs. Hence, there is a lot of work and time in doing that. As I am adjusting to it, and learning its idiosyncrocies it seems to be able to comfortably handle the tasks that I need

The hard drive on this computer has died twice now. The second time it died they had me send the entire computer back to Dell. They did not find anything and sent the computer back to us. They have replaced the hard drive twice but it would not help us with recovering the contents. They said that I should not trust the hard drive. I have never had a hard drive fail so to have to fill in 10 months seems strange. It also seems odd that they did not find anything else wrong with the hardware in the computer. To have two fail in 10 months seems strange. It also seems odd that they did not find anything else wrong with the hardware in the computer. Would not recommend due to the lack of quality of the hard drive. I would expect a lot more from this price range.

After reviewing several systems, I picked this one - me and my family are very pleased. The Graphics are superior. The system is very versatile being able to use the touch screen feature. It is very fast. For the price it is an awesome system!!

This is a solid machine with great graphics and good performance

I am very happy with the unit, the metal construction is excellent, the screen beautiful, the minimalistic design I appreciate. It is quite big in size with its 17' display so weight, dimensions and battery duration are obviously impacted by this. I use it as a desk top with the option of easily moving the unit to another room when needed. I recommend this unit even if, with my actual technical requirements, a unit with i5 processor would have been sufficient and would have had a lower cost

I am really enjoying this Dell for my night-time work-at-home job! Love the touch-screen and the light-up key pad! It's fast and has great storage capabilities. Have yet to fold it over backwards, but plan on doing that soon to watch a movie. It's exciting!

This laptop can do just about every thing. The screen can fold all the way back to tablet mode, and anywhere in between. Core i7 and 16 gb of ram for speed. A touch screen is included in case you get tired of typing

My 7 year old Dell laptop with Win 7 is dying and I wanted a 17 inch monitor laptop just like the one dying. This Inspiron 2 in 1 is almost an exact replacement, but has Win 10. Seems like it will be a great laptop, just like my old Dell laptop.

This computer meets all my needs as far as speed, size, weight and software go. It's really fast and very reliable. I especially love how it's also like a tablet - it folds backwards and is touchscreen. Great computer!!

This laptop has a very nice display and a very soft feel with it's keyboard. It is very fast and responsive. The only things I would like this machine to have is a longer battery life and more than one USB port.

Great computer. I travel a lot and this computer is tough. It's big but does not weigh that much. The power button is in a bad spot and you'll accidentally hit it more than once if you go to move the computer while it's on a desk.

I NEED THIS BECAUSE OF BIG SCREEN WITH PROPER WEIGHT. FURTHERMORE, THIS IS VERY USEFUL FOR MEETING BY SKYPE. I DO NOT BRING OUT THIS FOR OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. BUT VERY GOOD PORTABLE DEVICE WITH BIG SCREEN.

I purchased this for a family member whose older touch-screen All-in-One (AIO) has started showing its age. The large screen is easier to view. We've become quite accustomed to the touch-screen, so this was important in this system. The CPU power and memory should provide useful service for several years. The touch-pad is a little sensitive and we miss having a dedicated button to disable it. However, we've found the software setting in Windows 10 which disables the touch pad when a mouse is connected.

very nice, large, clear screen. keys light up. sleek and thin style. screen is responsive with no lag. I want to give it 4.5, because I feel there is only one design flaw... so i't almost perfect. the power button is on the side where you commonly hold the computer to pick it up or move it. the button should really be in the keyboard area to avoid accidentally turning it off when you move it. one other note... which is entirely my fault for not understanding the tech until after I bought a touch screen.. it's not pen compatible. i have a pen, and it works just fine as a stylus, but not to it's full potential... there is no way to use the pen in "pen" or ink mode, so you can't let your hand rest on the screen when drawing

Bought this for my wife and she loved how the screen good back as a touch screen tablet like computer. She misses the DVD drive, but it's worth it to have a powerful, sleek machine.

Yes it works sometimes it doesn't work sometimes it works it's okay I was expecting some features that it doesn't have but that's probably my fault for not checking first but overall for what I ended up paying for it it's not bad the touch screen works well it runs fast enough but still slower than it should but I'm not surprised with it being bogged down with pointless Microsoft programs. Would I recommend this to a friend yes if you can get it for a discount :)
