This computer has a nice large screen and I love the compact size. It was easy to set up; however, I never did get the face recognition software to work. I was a little disappointed that it is not as fast as I expected.

I bought my first all in one at the end of November. December 8th it went back to the store for a new one. The computer made a very loud buzzing noise and then you got the black screen of death. No way to get rid of it other then powering it down manually. We liked the computer so we thought maybe it was a fluke and tried another one. The new one is going back this weekend where it worked good for the first 3 weeks and we have recently had the same problem. I was hesitant when I read the reviews where many people stated it was too new and the quirks had yet to be worked out. I am not trading for a third hoping it's a charm. I will be trading for a regular desktop that I know will work! Don't buy this computer it is junk!

I got this computer couple years ago..and now..just nothing to do with that....running slow. made a very loud buzzing noise. if i put a cd in... then not just a little noise... If you running it all day long...the computer very hot...because its all in one... just dont buy all in one computer.....desktop is best choice....

So far, it fits the bill perfectly. Plenty of memory, speedy and compact. Great touch-screen response. Fantastic value for the money. Will give long-term evaluation after a bit.

Got it for $550. Our purchasing lady couldn't be happier. The important things are that her desk is less cluttered and her grandkid’s pictures look great. Oh, and it runs fast. I still can’t configure it for one of our networked scanners. Maybe Windows 7 Professional would work better.

I am so happy I purchased this All In One Computer. My old computer is a Dell purchased 12 years ago. It was just WAY TOO SLOW. I was ready for a new one. Went to Best Buy to buy a different one with mixed reviews. Thought I would try and maybe I would be one of the lucky ones. They didn't have it, so I saw this one and it was almost the same. My son says the graphics card on this one is better. I am VERY pleased with my purchase. Worth the money. Just be sure the purchase the warranty, cause you never know.

This PC replaced my previous HP that died on me only after 7 years. I love the fact that there is no tower to take up space and I love the 20" monitor with the touch screen. The keyboard which is almost flat on the desk is easy for me to use compared to the one I had on my old PC. Overall for the price you can't go wrong. I also got the HP Officejet 6500A + and they work great together.

Don't buy this Piece of junk, looked great, price was outstanding for a touch screen, but one hour out of the box it crashed and that was it! Would not even turn on after that. Geek squad wouldn't even look at it, had to get another Dell for more money and no touch screen because they don't offer it anymore , I wonder why?

As someone who's not great w/computers I was flustered when forced to get a new one. I was told by many the DELL Inspiron was a wonderful computer. After researching a bit further that's the one I decided on. Imagine my disappointment after using for a couple of weeks for 'just the basics' when I asked dell about the user's manual, in addition to the included set-up guide, and was told I could only obtain one through download. I prefer a written copy of the user's manual, (as I said I'm not really good with computers and like to work my way through the manual) but certainly not one I HAVE TO PRINT for myself. It's not like Dell gave away the computer, I paid for it and feel I was deprived of a whole lot of useful, helpful information. When I go to get a laptop in spring, I won't be looking for anything with a dell label on it!

Bought this unit in Feb and in April the motherboard had to be replaced. The same day I got it back from being fixed it went out again with the same problem. The pc would not turn on, the power light was solid amber and would not do anything. Took it back and they offered to exchange it for another pc. If the motherboard was replaced in 2 months then it is NOT a good computer. Thank god I bought the service plan for it. When it did work it was great.

I only use my computer for Microsoft Documents and to surf the web, also to skype. I do think the built-in camera is pretty bad quality either that or the settings are really hard to adjust but I think it's the quality. I have only got one crazy virus that I removed myself and it was easy to remove. As I also removed that same virus from another computer. Anyways, I love this computer so much. I have had it for almost a year and a half. I've traveled with it twice and have dropped it about 3 timrs and it is still completely intact. For the price, I believe it is totally worth it! Saves space and the design gives off the idea that it was way more expensive. Everyone is always amazed when I tell them the price.

I am not one to normally write a review, but i feel i should to warn other consumers. I purchased this computer for my wife for a christmas present. She received it and the disc drive has not worked yet. Dell has sent a tech out 3 seperate times and it is to this day not fixed. Today i get a repalcement and it is refurbished!!!! I did not buy my wife a refurbished computer , so i do not expect one in place of the new purchase i made!!!!! I will never purchase dell again!!!!!! Of couse best buy isnt wanting to help since i did not buy a extra service plan!!!!!

Has performed well for the 3 weeks we've owned it. Easy to set up. Bought it to replace another all-in-one touch screen model by another maker that proved incredibly unreliable. Would prefer to hold final judgement until we've owned it a bit longer.

Worked well except it went black all the time and froze. Fixes didn't work. Returned it. Ran into another guy at same moment returning same model for same reason.

Good computer. Thinking about getting another one.

This is a must have...This Is a great thing to have if you own a business.........

The computer is excellent for its features and its speed. The screen is easy to see and the programs are easy to use.

This is by far the best computer that I've every owned. It took me less than 10 minutes to take out of the box and completely set it up.

i love my new toy! the touch screen is so easy and fast.

Was not working properly after Geek Squad set it up and by the next day it was not working at all. We brought it back to Best Buy and they gave us a different brand which they said was a better computer than the Dell.
