I've been using Dell desktop computers for years and always pleased with the performance. This one is no exception. Touch screen is responsive and the articulating stand is awesome. I'm under 5' so need a computer that I can drop the screen low enough that I don't get a stiff neck looking up to see it - this one fulfulls that need. I had trouble with it freezing up at first but an update came throught from Dell and the problem hasn't existed since then. Quick startup, good graphics and good response with both touch and mouse made it the perfect choice for me and I'm happy with my purchase.

I had to return the first one, as it would go into a mode where the only way to get it to respond was to disconnect the power cord. This would happen frequently. The second still does it but not as often.

I read the reviews and assumed that Dell had fixed the issue. Was very excited to finally get a new computer. It kept just shutting off on me. Almost like it was overheating. After the second day I managed to get in and install chrome and it crashed again. At that point I gave up and returned it. I would've gotten 1 more to try but they didn't have any. I came home with nothing...still looking for a computer.

Had to return TWO of these computers. The first started with an error message about windows when turned on for the first time! --- after getting past that, I set it up with my information, I heard a loud pop and the computer turned off. Lucky there was no fire. Unplugged, tried again and before I could put in my password it had a blue screen crash that just kept cycling. Useless Exchanged for a second one and it also started when turned on the first time with an error message about windows , then it moved to a different windows error message, and then set it needed to be reset and windows reinstalled. Did that twice, and then the same blue screen crash message started recycling --- it went back. Geek Squad agent on the phone said it was probably faulty. It cost us two 400 miles round trips to the nearest Best Buy. The long trip is why we gave each computer a couple of chances to work. No more Dells!

Purchased for one specific use. Excellent SSD and graphics card . Works as desired.

Product was delivered on time and installed by professional (Geek Squad Tech) Within 3 days the computer had "crashed" four times. On two of those occasions I was sitting at my computer desk working on another device when I heard a loud electrical "crackling" noise and the screen went blank. Reviving required actuating the power button. On two consecutive mornings the computer was found to be completely shut down again when it was supposed to be in the sleep mode, Again, no amount of mouse movement or key pressing would activate it. Power button was the only recourse. Product was returned to the store and now I am a proud owner of an HP.

Has more than enough memory, and it operates super fast

The computer arrived a week earlier than the delivery date I had been given. Best Buy helped me carry it to my car. The computer was easy to set up. I love it.

This computer is just what I needed for my business

From the get go it just did not function well. Cortana could not hear me. Speakers do not work. No IE , No Chrome. Could not install. T&C's are not clear. Could not install virus checker. Could not get any email address working. Good door stop
