This all-in-one is compact, generally very fast, and has an excellent display. However, on setup and for 2 weeks thereafter, the internet connection kept dropping, requiring a hard reboot to connect again. This was extremely frustrating to have to reboot every few hours. Finally, an alert appeared from Dell that there were updates available, and one of them fixed this problem. However, the WiFi connection is often very slow, and this is the only device of five on my wireless system which is slow. My prior computer, placed in the same location, did not have any speed problems. Also, occasionally, the computer freezes up requiring a hard reboot. I don't know if this is a problem with the hardware or with Windows 10. I am not enamored with Windows 10, which has been touted as being more stable than previous Windows OSs, yet it is so loaded down and bloated with excess menus and options, it becomes overwhelming. Lastly, the Registry was factory-set to reboot with the Numlock key turned OFF, requiring internet research to find out what to change in the Registry to have it default to ON at reboot. But the capacity (12GB of memory) and processor speed (i5) make this computer very fast when working with all programs and functions except the internet speed.

Good overall PC. Was a little touchy at first, I think it's the windows 10. But little by little it seems to be smoothing itself out with new updates. Very easy to set up. Little to no effort. Love the size of the screen, and enjoy the touch screen. It's like a huge tablet. Not happy with Cortana at all. Dell needs to work on that one. If I had to rate it from 1 to 10. I would give it a 7. Would I purchase another one? Probably.

I've been very happy with my new Dell. Its working like a charm! I have been wanting to get Windows 10 due to my XP being so outdated and my old Dell didn't have enough room for all the stuff I wanted to keep on it. I have plenty of room now and each day I learn a little more about Windows 10. All my old files transferred through the Cloud easily once I realized I could do that.

When you start the machine you will notice the fan noise. It's not a deal breaker but you will soon tune it out. Took some time getting used to Windows 10 since it was my first time with the OS. Great wireless keyboard and mouse, very modern looking. Got the 12g RAM 1 terabyte HD version and very pleased with the performance. The touch screen is an added bonus. Overall, great family computer.

I was originally going to get a tower pc for my dad, but this all-in-one wound up having more for the same price! I'm using the touchscreen more than I expected. This pc is plenty fast, though the hard drive is only 5400 rpm(common in laptops). I was disappointed that hardly any desktop PCs have solid state drives, as those are BLAZING fast. The HDMI-in jack is very handy. Wouldn't have bought an all-in-one without it. Some caveats, though: Computer has to be ON and AWAKE to use this as a monitor for a second device, which makes me wonder if he'd still be able to use it as a monitor for whatever computer replaces this one down the line. Also the touchscreen, keyboard and mouse are all still controlling the computer when you have another it switched to another video source. This means that if you touch the screen while playing your Playstation, you clicked an unseen part of your computer screen. I have a second Windows 10 computer plugged into the HDMI-in jack while I'm setting his new computer up, so I have to stop myself from tapping on the screen when I'm using the other computer through this screen. Speakers are nice and loud, even at a low volume level. When video is switched to HDMI-in source, it plays the audio from the other device, as you'd expect. Picture quality is okay. At this size, I'd prefer a higher resolution, but I bought this for somebody who has to enlarge the type on his 17" monitor, so it'll be fine for him. It's really nice having everything in one package with only one cord running to it. I'm concerned about having to repair an all-in-one down the line, which is why I was going to get a tower pc, but I'm choosing to be optimistic. The build quality seems solid, and there's little chance of it tipping over. It's definitely too heavy to move from room to room like a laptop, as well. Would I recommend this to a friend? Heh, considering I'm buying this for a dad who never spends more than $200 on a computer(his current one was 3 years old when he bought it), I'd say I would.

Great all in one computer. I've had zero problems with it. Its pretty fast, touch screen works great and for anyone who is interested it is wall mountable!

Easy to set up, was amazed at all the features, memory, processor speed, monitor size for the price! Love it.

I like the touch screen features, still learning windows 10, I miss the older windows operating systems.

I purchased this All-in-one as an open box item and am very pleased with the product functionality and design. It requires minimal space of a monitor and keyboard only. It has fantastic speed and memory adequate for work and personal use. Having the touchscreen is a great added option and very convenient to use after getting used to touchscreen for phones.

In over 30 years of professional IT work, I've pretty much seen a huge variety of PCs. Over the years, I've come to appreciate all-in-one designs. The Dell PC set up quickly and has lots of power. I especially like the redesigned stand that lets you tilt the screen as well as raise and lower it. The base has lots of mass and exudes quality. Win10, surprisingly, is pretty good. My only nit (if you're a photographer or edit a lot of photography) is that the screen colors are a little off. This can be fixed (adjusted) but some other brands don't have this problem. There are cheaper PCs out there but I keep coming back to Dell because of their first class product quality and support.

This is our first All-In-One and first Dell. We are really enjoying it! It was very easy to set-up, runs fast, and we love the big screen.

Everything I wanted and need. Fast and great storage. Touch screen and windows 10. High quality system.

The small issues are with the signing in. I get an error code which requires me to restart my computer. Other than that, this is the best purchase I have made this year. Very fun and makes doing my homework enjoyable. I loved the Best Buy credit card benefits that allows me to pay with no interest unless missed payment (which the automatic payment option makes sure that doesn't happen). Good product, good service.

Finally got to the point that my old computer was not keeping up with the times or me for that matter. As an older user now this model with the 23.8 screen and ease on the eyes is great . Startup, is fast and ease of setup is excellent . The memory is great too since I can open up multiple applications at once with no system slow down. iI reviewed it across suppliers, computer mags, etc. It will not disappoint!

Great screen and very well structured for an ALL-IN ONE. Geek Squad did a great job in transferring data and apps. Slowly learning all of the capabilities of Windows 10.

This is an excellent product. Great storage, great speed, excellent screen and very functional peripherals.

First new Dell for over 15 years. My trusty old Dell still works running XP. However, I hope this one will be as good. Windows 10 takes some work finding stuff. Much is hidden rather like using a Mac. It's all there but you have to dig to see where they keep stuff. I like the touch screen ability along with the mouse/keyboard. The screen size is excellent but much bigger than I had before so will not fit into my current desk. This is a fast machine at least compared with my other computers, the resolution is great and so far no issues except one freeze. I chose the Intel processor over the slightly cheaper version as I have had good luck with Intel in the past. All in all, pretty happy with this but still a learning curve, probably more with Windows 10 than with the actual machine.

I am very pleased with this All-In-One computer. Screen is a perfect size for me and all of the features are very intuitive and easy to use.
