You couldn't beat the price at $700. It still took 4-6 hours for setup. I'm not sure if this is normal for this computer, or it was the i5 processor slowing it down. Adequate RAM, clear and large screen, large hard drive....good all around computer for surfing, office work, and email. Video card would be too weak for modern video games.

I bought this as an open box product. It came without a power cord but it was a small cost for me compared to the great price I paid for a computer with lots of memory and 1TB of hard drive. I love the picture and a regular sized keyboard. The only downside is that I can't take the computer and sit on the couch...many years of laptops.

Not a big fan of Dell. But I Love the big screen. Love the way the images show on the screen. The resolution on the screen is great.

We've had this for about 2 months now and love it as our family computer. It was so simple to set up and the screen size is great! The touch screen is a nice added touch and we love that the only cord is the power and there is no tower! Sound quality is amazing and it is so easy for the kids to use as well, without the fear of it being dropped like a laptop or tablet. It's a perfect all-in-one for what we wanted it to be used as!

I purchased a new laptop and returned it since it did not meet my needs. The rep at Best Buy showed me different all in one's. I purchased the Dell after reading reviews and comparing. I don't think I could have bought a better unit. It is fast, with the 12gb processor, beautiful displays , & a memory I will not come close to filling. I would strongly recommend this unit to anybody in the market for an all in one.

love the all in one...no wires or processor in the way. Screen is beautiful. Grandkids love the touch screen and I love looking at my photos I've shot. So clear and colorful.

for the price is a decent computer, if it had an ssd it would definitely be better, but overall performance is very god.

This computer is compact with a lot of performance. A lot of ram and easy to navigate.

This is a great computer. No problems so far. I use it for work and home.

I bought this after having returned 2 Lenova AIOs that died almost immediately after purchase. It is more stable with Win 10 but still has an occasional glitch. I can't tell if it is a system issue or a Win 10 issue. I do like that it has a built in DVD drive and lots of USB ports. It is also a little slower than I expected, maybe it's the slower speed of the hard drive.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a dell computer. I have been reading about the all in one computers , some like them some don't so guess it comes down to personal choice. For me this has been a good computer love the space that it saves, I didn't care for the keyboard though was small and hard to use so I purchased a backlit keyboard and that was great . Windows 10 taking some getting use to but I do like my computer so far good value for the money.

I bought this as a back up to our laptops ...now it's our main computer. Kids love the extra large touch screen.

This has all the features and bling I always wanted and it runs like a dream.. I'm very happy with this purchase

Look if you are planning to use this once in a while its fine. Only issue is that when you disconnect it to move it, it saves no power, yes i know you plug it in but you can use it as a giant tablet you think it would have at least some battery right? I would say pass on this one if you are looking to move it from time to time. very heavy compared to others. Its speed is okay at first but after so many downloads it really slowed down. The graphics are good and the touch screen is very responsive. i bought a lighted keyboard because it does not come with one. it also seems to loose connection when not in use for a long time not sure if that's a safety mechanism or what but my laptop does not do that. camera is great so is its giant screen.
