I purchased this computer to replace a Dell I bought back in October 2009. Hands down for a PC computer Dell has been one of the best I have ever owned. Additionally, I used a Dell computer as a faculty member at a local college. I have found Dell to be a solid performer and have never been let down by their computers. Overall, this computer is ideal for email, web browsing, and any other things you might want to do. It is a breeze to setup and takes you step by step, including registering the computer with Dell. It out performs my previous Dell many times over, even though the computer I replaced was a XPS 9000. Believe me, you will not be disappointed in working with this computer, and it is very quiet!

Like the computer, working well. Was easy to set up. After using for approximately 2 wks no problems. The only problem was the wired key board did not work but using wifi keyboard & working good. Price was reasonable. My first Dell.

I desperately needed a new computer - my old one was 10 years old. Because the internet had become more complex, my old computer could not keep up. Yet, I liked the brand so I was pleased beyond all measure to find this Dell! However, my computing needs are small, so I have not found out everything this computer can do. And it may be more computer than I need. But I do expect it to last me ten years, So it will have to prove it self.

Its great for everydayy tasks and working BUT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIA FOR FORTNITE. maybe some low end games like rocket league most likely will run just fine with over 100 fps but not Fortnite. I'm giving this give starts to get to the to of the rating section and because it's not meant for gaming anyway overall great pc

This is a great PC for my home needs. I am not a gamer. I need a fast, reliable PC that can handle working from home and the security systems, from my employer, that caused my old laptop to totally grind to a stop. This Dell PC is great and I love having the ability to get my work finished without having to drive 29 miles to my office to handle after hours needs of my clients.

Very Happy with this purchase . My husband and I like a desktop more than a laptop. What is great about this computer it is so compact but perfect for us. My son see everything up for us and we are set and ready. Once again Best Buy has the inventory and great price.

The computer arrived in perfect condition and it has been working nice since I got it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it didn't come on time. Other than that everything else was great and I will recommend the product s well as BestBuy to anyone who is thinking of buying this product.

If you are looking for a computer that you can take out of the box and do basic work this Dell system will probably work for you. In my case along with the computer I purchased an SSD drive which I intended use to replace the OEM hard drive to increase system performance. I am more than frustrated to learn from Dell that a standard SSD will not work in this computer. The only solid state drive it will accept is a pcie. Now who would build a system like that? Also when you setup this computer check the BIOS. The default settings include booting from the NIC ... who does than at home? I'm keeping the system because the price is right, but I am way disappointed in not being able to add a standard SSD

This is my third Dell, bought the last two at Best Buy and I love them. This latest one is all I need and very fast. I ordered it on line and it came 3 days later, before it was scheduled.

This Dell tower is such a step up from our previous one. Everything loads up so much faster. Videos don't take forever buffering. They also load up quickly. Very impressive.

Perfect entry to mid level computer. Decent cpu/ram/hdd space. Bought for my parents for their everyday use.

Dell machine with Dell support. Enough power to run a standard suite of programs.

My HP computer gave up after 8 years and went to Dell very easy to set up fast unit and auto saved my internet

Works okay. Had to have Geek squad to help load printer drivers. I couldn't get it to load.

I dont know much about hooking up anything electronic. I instructions were easy. i even got my printer hooked up.!
