Was looking for a price-conscious computer to replace my aging Macbook for everyday use as well as when I occasionally work from home and this fit the bill. Appears to run seamlessly so far. It's quick and quiet. Wish it had more USB ports on the back, as I don't like anything plugged into the front, but I have probably everything I'd ever need plugged in the back so it's probably not an issue. Love that I can connect accessories via Bluetooth (that was one of the major selling points for me). Comes with the basic wired keyboard and mouse that I replaced with wireless.

Great product but save yourself a trip to store and buy from Dell. No service and no support from store.

I am not a computer expert, just an ordinary senior citizen. My computer savvy daughter picked this out for me. This computer has been a dream come true after having lost patience with the snail-like performance of our 10 year + old computer. Now we can get the weather report the same day that it is occurring and link up with our TV.
