Simple. Powerful. Love the memory. I use with a dual monitor setup and no issues. Needed to get a new desktop. Did all the research and comparisons. Wanted a lot of storage, quick performance, decent graphics, and enough ports on the tower.. without falling into the outrageous gaming units prices. Hardest part is availability. Went into store to put my hands on stuff and still ended up buying this online because nothing was available. Shipped quickly, and in great shape. Zero regrets. Absolutely love it. (and I may have taken the money I saved and spent on a gaming keyboard... because who doesn't like those cool lights?!)

Great computer, easy setup. This new computer is replacing another Dell that had out lived its life. Lot's of storage space on the hard drive, and just the right amount of ram needed for the job. Would buy Dell again when needed.

Good computer, i5 processor, 8 GB Ram + 1 TB hard drive. The only possible imporvement is if the computer comes with Window 10 Pro instead of Window 10 Home. But either way you cannot go wrong for the price and Best Buy's shipping policy. I bought 2 of these and they will be used as back up for my office staff.

I dont trust any other brand than dell when it comes to PC. Fast service and reliable products. I needed a desktop for my office and got at best price. Although due to Black Friday i couldnt get this on promised time at pickup but thats okay.

This is my third Dell in probably 15 years. Always had good service from them with no problems. I like the fact the CD/DVD door is horizontal. The price was affordable and I got plenty of memory. I look forward to many years from this one. It will probably outlive me.

Purchased this computer for my mother and she loves it. It's fast, don't make any noises, and has lots of space. She use it for working at home and personal use, no issues at all.

This Dell desktop is top-notch! The speed and storage space of the computer fit my exact needs for what I do. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I looked for a long time for a PC to replace my old computer which failed as a result of a power surge. There are not too many computers today that still have a CD drive. This Dell had all of the components that I needed (especially loved the smaller size). I would definitely recommend this powerful machine to anyone who is in the market for a new PC.

This computer has lots of memory, very fast, and perfect for my Private Practice.

I wanted a tower rather than a laptop, we have set it up however have a few questions. Trying to add icons to desktop for easy access. I’m sure it’s just cause I’m not use to Microsoft edge but with Christmas have not had a chance to contact Best Buy geek squad for advice. When I get a chance to sit down and experiment I’m sure will be just what I need

I want to start this off by saying that I believe my own personal desktop was a lemon, and this review is more so about Best Buy and Dell's tech support. I received my desktop at the end of September. When I hooked it up, the power cable had a bit of play to it, where it plugs into the computer, but it worked fine so I didn't worry about it. About a month and a half later, the desktop began having severe performance issues (taking several minutes to boot up, even just showing a black screen once or twice). I didn't get any extended warranty, as I had never had a problem with anything bought through Best Buy before this. Due to the nature of the issue, I brought it in anyway, to see if they could still do something about it despite it being past the return date. They said no. A week or so later, my parents got the Total Tech Service, as my computer was still having issues. So I explained my problems to Geek Squad, but of course the computer wouldn't demonstrate its issues there, it ran fine. They took it in anyway, ran some tests and such, and I got it back. It worked fine for a little while. Then about two months ago, the power cable became an issue. It got to where if my foot accidentally brushed against the cord (the desktop sits on a small shelf under my desk), the computer just shuts off, and I lose whatever I'm working on. I tightened the screws around the port, but it didn't fix it. Finally I brought it back to Best Buy, and the Geek Squad person said flat out they couldn't do anything about it. No explanation, no nothing, just "Nope, can't help, sorry." Even though we paid over a hundred dollars for that tech support subscription. Now it's having another issue, where all my apps take for-ever- to boot up. Nothing I do can fix it, not uninstalling/reinstalling the apps, not disconnecting/connecting to wifi, nothing. I ran the UEFI checks on my computer and it said everything was fine. I don't feel like bringing the computer to Best Buy because I know they won't help, despite my parents and I paying them to do so. Again, my computer is likely a lemon, and I sincerely hope nobody else has these issues. But if you do, hopefully those issues come up before the return date expires.

This is not my first Dell. I went with Lenovo last time to save a few bucks but it was not worth it. Hopefully this Dell lasts as well as my last one.

Bought this computer for business use. It's great for basic office work. i recommend to other users. It's easy to set up and hook up.

Received the computer shipped to my home with no issues. Computer was easy to set up and was up and running in no time at all.

While this computer would have served my needs (personal, work from home, light gaming), the fan noise was too annoying. It sounded like it was straining even with no apps running. I returned it. Disappointing, because the Dells I've used up until now have not had this issue.

The new computer is great. Have to get used to all the differences. went from windows 8 to 10. Lots of changes.
