Love my new laptop. I use it for business and surfing web. It is fast, has nice touch screen, and is relatively lightweight. I wish it had a back lit keyboard, fingerprint reader, and better battery, but for was a great deal for $390. Would recommend.

happy with the laptops good price I rolled back to Windows 10 Because we do not support win 11 it is in S mode whice needs to be turned off to install win 10 so far no problems

Its good minus the fact that I've had it since June 2022 and we are in April 2024 and since 2023 I've had issues with the hard drive. Anytime i move it off a flat surface i get a blue screen saying my hard drive is not attached and then it beeps soo loud!! I have to cut it on and off before it works again. Of course I'm out of the warranty window so it is frustrating as i need it for work.

Great computer! No keyboard backlight, but slim and pretty quick. I upgraded the RAM and it's awesome for TV use.

Very fast and easy to use. A little tricky trying to add a printer. I’m glad I became a total tech person when I purchased the Dell.

The computer is good, but it gets hot very easily and the fans often kick it into overdrive. Just keep in mind you may need to buy a fan mat or something else so it doesn't overheat. I'm using it solely for school and some very occasional gaming, so it does what you'd expect for a computer of this price.

Excellent laptop at a reasonable price. Connects faster and efficient running of windows with lots of options. Battery life looks good so far.Highly recommended.

I love this laptop. It is light and easy to use. It is fast and has everything I need. The only downfall to this laptop is that it gets hot very fast. I have to use a cooling fan under my computer.

I bought this for at home casual use and I'm not very impressed. The fan is very loud and the computer is somewhat slow. The battery life is short. I won't buy this model again.

I got this laptop 2 years ago for online classes. Love the touch screen. The battery life is not so great though and once you try to multitask gets a little slow. A bit loud and gets hot when used for some time but other than that for simple usage it’s a good laptop for the price.

Great laptop for simple use that we needed it for. Really like the touch screen option and is easy to use and operate.

Love the laptop. Had it about a year and its still operating smoothly. Only problem im having is the touchpad is a little finiky from time to time. So i hooked up a wireless mouse and all is good. I should add the pad only started having problems after a windows update. The picture quality is great. And the sound is very good. I just wish the battery life was better. About 3 hrs under normal use. Im very happy with it.

I love it's perfect for me I can use is for personal and school use. I write programs on here and install other software and I haven't run out of space yet. The battery life could be better.
