Easy PC

Because the old Dell was so great I knew I'd stick to the same brand, and this computer did not disappoint. Maybe i am easily pleased (especially since the old Dell was a dinosaur), but so far have had no issues with this model. Fast, easy setup, easy to use. So far so good.

I purchased a computer for my 14 year old grandson. However I really feel as if we were upselled on the Webroot virus protection. Computer actually worked perfectly right out of the box however once we installed the web Root all kinds of problems started. We are returning this computer for a refund.

Great computer for family

Everything seems to run very fast and smooth with no stutters or hamg ups loading. So far it's been awesome, a great purchase, may get one more for upstairs.

Works well for basic office needs

Now all three of our employees are using the same model and having good performance. We use the computers for basic productivity functions: web browsing, Word, Excel, Outlook.

All round good general purpose computer

Excellent hardware for my use...clean installed Linux Mint from the get-go, and it has performed flawlessly. Have always so far had excellent service from Dell products. Works great with 1080p TV monitor, and no slowdown using multiple work stations. :) This was an open box item and the geek squad certified seal proved good.
