Unit has defective CD rom. We already had loaded our business software before realizing this, so we asked for Best Buy to send out a tech to replace the CD drive since we already had paid our software installer to load our software and a return of the unit would require us to do it again. You refused to send someone out. I needed another unit later on and I bought it from someone else. And I will buy from someone else in the future. This was pathetic service. Absolutely useless.

My old computer was starting to show signs of failure, so we were looking for a good deal as this is mainly used for some Web browsing and a lot of Microsoft Office documents. Set up was a breeze and transferring the data from my old computer was easy as well using the windows backup, I was up and running within a few hours.

I needed a larger capacity computer and knew this would be the time to switch to Window 10 but was worried about change. As a senior and not a technical person I took the CPU to the store for setup and when picking up the computer the tech gave me about a 20 minute crash course on windows 10. Problem solved! Thanks Best Buy!

Great functionality for the price. During the holiday season, this mid-tower was on sale and definitely the best option for a PC with an i3 processor, adequate graphics card and windows 10. It is not a gaming PC, but is an excellent option for an affordable workstation. There is also room for future upgrades and expansions.

My computer died during a power surge and I walked into Best buy and bought a new computer without any investigation. It's a very large computer (kind of annoying) and it only has one USB port on the front (kind of annoying). Aside from those two things, it works well and does what I need it to do.

I EXPERIENCED A SOFT WARE PROBLEM BUT THE GEEK SQUAD FIXED IT IMMEDIATLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I WOULD BUY THIS SAME PC IF I HAD IT TO DO OVER. I'll start by saying, I often do buy based on a favorite brand. My favorite computer brand is HP. But recently, I went in to Best Buy and after going over my needs and wants this seemed to be a better fit. I mainly use my computer for finances, storage of media and every now and then social media. No complaints here.

I've had this computer for a couple of months now and it works great. Set up was quick and easy. Some reviewers have said the computer is slow when on the Internet but I haven't experienced that. In my opinion you can't go wrong with this computer.

I think this new Windows 10 is a good OS. It seems pretty complex for me, but I do enjoy working its new ideologies out. It seems complex enough to keep me interested for a good few months. The Dell computer is also very nice. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 score. It's pretty user friendly.

So far I have enjoyed my new desktop, bought as a backup to my laptop. Still learning Windows 10, sometimes a challenge. I'm an old Windows 7 fan. I have used it to backup some of my laptop data and watch a TV show I missed. Fast enough to see the show without annoying buffering. Great computer so far!

I added existing SSD Drive and 2gb nvidia Video card. I get a working desktop in less than 10 seconds including time to login. I had a 9 year old i7 first generation PC that died before purchasing this DELL i3 system. It is very quick.

I usually order my computers straight from Dell, however this price was Excellent and I couldn't turn it down. Great value for price I paid and not loaded up with all the extras Dell installs that you pay for later or need to get rid of so you don't live with pop ups! I highly recommend this product.

Originally bought a cheap computer but quickly realized that it could not download documents quickly nor could it easily move from website to website. So I moved up to this Dell and it works fine. Power is the key to happiness. My brother saw this one and bought one just like it.
