Was looking for a new computer with some speed after dealing with a dinosaur for several years. Your salesperson took extra time with me to explain everything about the computer and the features. (I'm a computer dummy). Everyone was friendly and I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this computer because my old one would not take the 2016 turbo tax. It was easy to adjust to the changes to windows 10 and is much faster. I am still learning all of the features but the basics are working fine. This one is wireless which is a nice feature.

It is a simple computer. No bells or whistles. Does the job but that's it. If you want something that will do simple tasks without spending a lot of money, this is it.

I like it that it lets me perform a backup to get going again if I have a problems! Dell send me updates which keeps me going too. I've been in computers since 1980, when not many people were, so I have owned many and nearly every brand. I 'm very particular and very happy with this one.

For the money, it was ok, Would upgrade next time.

This PC does the job just fine for what I needed at a minimal price. I needed to replace an old desk top pc that would no longer take updates. This new desk top is just perfect for my use.

Bought a Dell tower to replace a HP that decided to die,which I might add was about six years old. According to the Geeks,it would be cheaper to replace than fix and I thought I would try a Dell(and it was on sale).Thus far I don't have any complaints and it works as well as my old one.

Such an improvement from my old system. Still working on adapting to Windows 10, that has been a big change.

Works like a charm and it's small enough that I can carry it under one arm, which for a 4'11" 68 year old woman is really something. I didn't want a laptop so this was a great choice. I've always been happy with Dell Computers.

This computer while not very fancy meets my needs very well. I needed windows 8 or above and got this one which is a windows 10. I do miss getting printed instructions but I guess that is a thing of the past. A very good computer to do basic computer things.

The item is an improvement from what I've been using. I wish I would have paid more attention during the step up and have incurred some issues trying to fix it, but that's my fault. It is actually overkill for what I need, but it's nice to zip right through.

So far, so good. Only complaint I have is dell using a proprietary power supply in this unit.

Windows 10 is an Operating System that is far superior to older MS offerings. I have two monitors connected to the desktop. I do some stock day trading and the internet speed, processor speed along with a new monitor greatly improves my trading experience.

This Dell PC is a great purchase, It is very well worth the money we paid and has been Great pastime for me being able to use this PC for my time I spend looking up interesting questions I have abouy many things!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome product....high speeds and for my mother to get on the Internet for viewing Facebook .....it was an excellent purchase ....the staff steared me in a very informative process .....very knowledgeable and the warranty we purchased gives us a security blanket

This processor has Windows 10. Not bad for basic computing tasks such as using the internet. It didn’t come with Microsoft Office so had to purchase it separately. Overall, it’s a pretty efficient. Wouldn’t recommend it for gaming though.

I bought this computer for my son who is in college and he absolutely loves it. There is more than enough storage space and is fast enough for the basic computing he does for school. I feel like Dell has always been a great brand for personal computing.

I'm happy with my purchase. I had been looking for a while. This Dell desktop works perfect for what I do. I'm happy with the purchase. It does pay to research. I went in about a desktop that was a different model, but after speaking with an employee I chose the Dell over the other

This is a great computer for just simple emailing, social networking and shopping. It has some nice free games and xbox live. The Microsoft Edge has bugs that need worked out so I continue to use Google Chrome. All in all it's a great everyday computer.

Got this computer as my primary home office Windows computer to compliment the mac air and ipad. Old one was Win 7 and graphics card was not supported by Win 10. Didn't need a lot of power, just decent storage and a dvd drive. Good price performer.
