I had not purchased a computer in over a decade. This machine makes me realize that i was way out of line in holding back. Everything works how it's supposed to. No more lag, and no more waiting. I love this PC!

Unit is above average in processing speed and movement between programs. I am still learning windows 10, but each step in the progression is made easier by the lack of delays in response time.

This computer was purchased for my 90 year old neighbor to use so she can check email and write papers. It works perfect for her, and is very easy for her to use.

We bought this for my 80 year old Mother in Law. She can use it on her desk or if she wants to watch movies or check her email or Facebook on a bigger screen she can hook it up to her TV with relative ease.

Pleased that the desktop was easy to set up. Now to transfer files from my old desktop (still need to do). But was pleased the new Inspiron was so easy to go through updates to finish setup.

My mother was looking for a user friendly computer for her. She doesn't need lots of bells and whistles, but wanted a quality product. This was perfect for her.

Just needed a new PC and this works fine. Good for the money. It is what it is...there's nothing spectacular about it...comes with Window 10, which takes some getting used to, but it's fine.

No problems. Easy to setup and get started, navigate Windows10. I would've gotten the iCore 5, but since we rarely use this computer and didn't want to spend more...we have the i3. Basic.

After our desktop died we were looking for something newer and inexpensive to replace it. This one was perfect, not the most powerful or fancy, but does everything we needed. Worth the money.

I have never owned a Dell product, this PC is great for the work that I do whenever I work from home remotely. No disappointments in the unit.

This is my first new desktop in 6 years. My last computer was a Dell so I went with this brand again. I am very pleased with it, it's perfect for my home and financial needs. Great price, I am very pleased.

windows 10 is not what I would prefer.Can't play CDs.Not happy with the Warranty only covering Hardware.

As a retired senior I certainly appreciated the ease of use hooking this up. Salesperson was extremely helpful when I was deciding which desktop to purchase.

After my 13 yr old iMac died, I needed a reliable desktop computer that wasn't going to break the bank. Thanks to helpful Best Buy sales staff, I found this product. Extremely satisfied with the purchase.

This is a good solid computer for basic needs like email and Internet surfing. I installed MS Office and Google Chrome. I am very happy with the performance of the computer. No complaints.

Went in to look around,ended up buying the Dell Desk Top [open box].Been a great computer,super fast. I had a problem with a virus locking down my computer,Geek Squad solved my problem online in a snap.

I was hesitant about not buying a higher rated (processor speed) computer but this computer is quick and responsive. It does everything I need it to do and would buy a comparable computer like this again.

I have not had any issues with this Dell desktop. It has more than enough memory and features for my home use. I feel that this PC would make an excellent buy if you need to purchase a replacement.
