This is a good home computer because of the capacity and speed. Did not use the free protection. It was not one I was familiar with.

I purchased this computer to replace my parents current Windows 7 computer. It was easy to set up and works well for them. They use it for web based email, web browsing and Skype.

Needed a new computer and this Dell fits my need. Wish that it had a horizontal slot for inserting discs instead of the vertical one. Also would like to have more USB ports.

Quite a change from my Vista which just died. This windows 10 has lots for me to relearn and I'm very impressed so far. For the price I am VERY satisfied. Customer service has been great also.

The computer is okay, runs well but will need more memory to support applications in the future. Primary user is a novice so no major impact by the memory shortage for now.

Formerly I was on Windows XP and some malevolent person hacked into it even with an anti-virus program. I'm glad that I have this computer with Windows 10 and a much better anti-virus program.

This computer has great features, plenty of RAM and hard disk space for most tasks. I matched it with a 24 inch LCD monitor and the graphics look great. It will work well for our needs.
