Aside for the fact of how long it took to transfer the information form my old tower to the new one (almost 10 days) and the service & attention the last Geek Squad representative so courteously & professionally dealt with me, I was satisfied. When my new tower was given to me I was not given the keyboard and mouse. Had I not returned for another computer matter I would never have know my other parts were still at Best Buy. My opinion is that more help is needed at both the Geek Squad counter and behind the wall in the repair area.

This is a nice reasonably priced computer. Hubby's old one quit on him and he needed a new one. It's nothing fancy but its doing everything he wants it to.

Very easy to setup, has New Windows 10 installed. Very nice design, also comes with keyboard and mouse. It has bluetooth and built in wireless. Very nice tower.

Computer itself in bulky. It does deliver what it is suppose to do. It is dependable and effeceint.

Disappointed that my CD's cannot play directly on this equipment. Didn't think I needed to find this out before I made my purchase....Haven't come out of the dark ages...not really anxious to own an MP3 or whatever I'm purportedly missing. I'm sure all my issues are due to my tech allergic inclinations. Re: recommendations...I'm not qualified to comment

Great processor with plenty of storage space for the price value. We definitely have plenty of space for all those important documents, pictures, and etc.

Getting use to Windows 10. Had to purchase faster Internet service to handle the speed. So far we are happy with it. Love Dell products.

It's great and super fast. Was mislead by sales rep he said it came with a monitor and it didn't I was super bummed almost took it back

Perfect for my home computer needs. Needed to update my pc and wanted something simply, compact to use. Very please with this purchase.

Have have been satisfied with Dell desktops and laptops in the past and was looking to replace a 5 year old Inspiron 620 desktop. We could no longer change users or even enter the one account without rebooting the computer. Whether it was the HW or SW (Windows, of course) was hard to tell but it had been getting very slow and I opted to do a lateral upgrade to this 3650 model. I don't do any heavy lifting with it (gaming or video streaming), just basic email, spreadsheets, financial programs, internet searches, etc.

Had to contact Dell. Three-hour fix but he came thru. Could not connect the printer and once connected the connection speed was extremely slow.The dell tech worked with the online rescue for three hours to fix the issue. The computer does not come with a disk and does make a noise when it first turns on. Dell also fixed the slow speed of the computer. I have had the computer almost a week. I hope everything works well for me. I purchased the computer for the price and it has a DVD player. Great for a beginner computer.

Nice Com,putert. Needed to repalce an 11 year old unitr. foir offife at home.. Found new on to be just what we needed. FAst and efficient.

It does everything I need it to do. It has all the features most people would want in a computer and it's very fast. Great computer, great price too.

Over the years I have had several brands of computers. I have found DELL to always be quality and reasonably priced. This unit continues that belief.

Runs fast ,use it for e-mail you tube and to stay in touch with friends play some games. Only thing is you need to use two hands on the disc draw
