An easy to use computer ideal for basic tasks.

The keyboard was very good allowing me to type faster than on my previous computer. However the mouse was defective & had to be returned. I find the DVD/CD player a little difficult to use because it is side loaded rather than front loaded. I also noticed that it doesn't read the tracks on my home-made CDs.

Needed more info

None of this was told to me at the sale.My old computer was 11 yrs. old. They know that.....I had to get the Geek Squad out to fix these issues. I paid 100.00 for that. I was impressed with the Geek Squad representative but it would not have been necessary if the sales person would have told me everything I would have needed.
