I've had this computer since August and it works well so far. It is a bit slow sometimes but I think it's because of the anti-virus software and my internet connection. Overall the computer lets me do what I need to do on the internet, on Excel, etc. so I'm happy.

I upgraded from an old acer that still had Vista. The tower size fits on top of my desk just fine. It has all of the features I need for a home computer and then some. The processor is a little noisy. The cd drive is rather flimsy. But overall, it works great.

Edwin was a great help to me. Also so was Justin and Dallas of the Geek Squad were very helpful, There were a few others from Geek Squad in San Marcos, CA store whose names I cannot remember. I'm just so hap with all the trouble each of these people went through to help me.

This computer is great but it is is a data eater if you are on a metered service. It has taken me 45 + days to try and figure out how to shutdown the data eaters on this system. I do like the computer, but I am not crazy about Windows 10 or Cortana.

I like Dell for their support & WEB page is GREAT! Whatever you need with respect to your particular unit, you can download drivers, view videos and all manner of support material is at your disposal. Always a safe and dependable purchase - no brainer.

Since my Dell Inspiron 530 computer was eight years old and starting to show its age (Windows Vista), I decided to purchase a new Dell. With my good experience with my Dell, i decided to stick with it. It was easy to switch to my new one. I'm a satisfied, loyal Dell customer.l.

salesperson was extremely helpful, taking into consideration what i needed and my budget. i got the dell and am very pleased. only after i set it up did i realize the audio didn't work without ear buds or speakers... not a big deal.... bought inexpensive speakers.

This is an good computer for basic work. So far so good. Purchased for e-mails and basic filings. If you wanted to do film work and games this is not the one. Good machine for fair price.

This unit replaced a "home brew" computer that had been updated numerous times. It was determined that the old computer had a bad motherboard and the cost of changing the board and replacing the processor would be almost as much as the new Dell computer.

It's been nearly ten yeas since I bought a computer and I decided to get another Dell desktop. This one is fully loaded for my needs, is working like a charm, I get great backup from Dell and the price was right. In other words, it's exactly the computer I needed.

Amazing computer for the price. My only complains are that the speakers outlet on the front of the tower did not work for my headphones, and the dvd is long ways instead of across. It is odd putting dvds feels like the tray might break.

originally bought a hp desktop which I normally like their products. horrific experience with setup and hp customer service. wound up returning and purchasing dell. so far so good

Bought it for running a PlayOn server which worked ok, but decided to go a different route and get a media server instead. The box could not handle the transcoding so had to upgrade to a stand alone Linux server for better performance.

Start up is very slow (takes 2 to 3 minutes). Also, when I leave computer for couple of hours, it goes to sleep and then start up is very slow again. Also, I could not transfer email folder files to Windows email and had to setup Thunderbird to keep those file folders. Well, my tablet is tied to the Windows email and now I have to not only delete files in Thunderbird, but I also have to open Windows Explorer email and delete emails in there so that they will not clog up my tablet. I am very unhappy with Windows 10. Hard to figure out how to do things. I am sure much of it is because I am not great with computers and don't handle change well.

Our sales associate pointed out that the amount of money we would spend to clean our old slow running computer that could not be upgraded because of age, we would be better off buying a new computer.

I looked at a ton of different options before buying a computer. I actually had something else picked out, but a sales associate steered me to this computer. I am really glad! It boots so fast, runs all my games, and I like the keyboard that was included.

As a Computer Technician I'm pretty jealous for my client's choices working out well for them and a Dell computer is generally a great choice in computers.

My husband wanted a computer that had Windows 7 already loaded on it. Although this is a little older computer, it works great. We had to call customer service to get the Windows Update for 64-bit computer to and they were able to assist me immediately.

I purchased the Tower, Monitor and Printer. The sales associate was easy to find what I needed and make a suggestion on a Toner Only Printer to go with the computer I purchased. He also suggested any other cables or wires that I may have needed.

I bought this computer based upon my research after my old computer died. I felt it was a good buy for my use. I am not a gamer or big user of programs outside of Microsoft Office. Processing speed has increased for me and I am well satisfied.
