I purchased this for light computing and serving the internet. So far so good. It is not the fastest but the small lag is not a big deal. I would recommend it to similar users.

This computer was purchased to replace a Dell desktop that was running Vista. I was disappointed that the store didn't have this model and another model on display for comparison before purchase.

Dumb me, I expected to get a word processing program with the unit. As I am not very good with pc units and I got a word processing program with the last one I bought from Dell, I thought this one would be the same.

I am generally happy with my purchase, the hardware. I am unhappy with the operating manual. It only describes how to replace hardware items. I want to know how to operate the computer, e.g. how to make a copy of a DVD.

I am overall pleased with this new computer. There is a learning curve since this computer is different than my last one. Each day I learn something new. Any problems I have had are more my weakness and not the machine.

This is not a high end machine but is more than enough for the average home user and student. The key here is the amount of memory. Great price for a more than adequate computer.

This external hard drive is very convenient and easy to connect. I did have one issue with the connection cable that came with the hard drive but after reading more about it I found out it can use a regular charger.

It's a little slow to boot up but overall it is a good computer. it has a decent number of USB ports, bit more is always better. I bought 2 of these and so far they have held up well. They are used heavily every day.

After using strictly laptops at home for the last 7 years, using this Dell desktop is just what I was looking for. I was skeptical about going back to a desktop, but I'n glad I took the "plunge" and returned to a desktop.

For a relatively inexpensive computer, this one's not bad. A bit sluggish at times, but everything seems to work pretty well. Not for people who need speed and graphics, but for most every day tasks, not bad...

My old computer completely gave out and I bought my new one. The sales person was helpful and answered all my questions and provided excellent assistance in finding a new one. They set it up and I was up and running in a couple of days.

Overall good system for what I use it for. Only items I do not like because of my hands is the way disks are installed. Really liked the flat system, not the standup and snap in and snap out. Hard with "STIFF" fingers.

I support a small healthcare practice. Our EMR system went down. System was available at Best Buy on Sunday. Installed on Monday morning. EMR system was up and running Monday afternoon. System met our needs and is working well.

Purchased 6./11/16. Just getting started to learn how to utilize the many features it has to offer. Check back with me in a month or two & I'll be able to give a better review. It & Microsoft Office seem to offer endless possibilities!

This replaced a 13 1/2 year old computer that still worked, but was slow. I bought another Dell as I felt the quality was there. I'm learning Windows 10 slowly, just trying to duplicate everything I did with my old computer.

I bought this for a replacement to a dead computer. Lots of add-ons that I have yet to figure out how to disengage which is annoying because some want you to subscribe to services that cost more money.

Typical of manufactures to put laptop components in a case and call it a desktop, I don't like this practice but with this unit it works. Its cheap and quick but if you want to upgrade later, forget it.

The printer looks very cool and professional and it is wireless. I brought the cord to connect to my computer and then It was recoginized by website for downloading correct software version. Prints good quality printouts.

The computer works fine. I am happy to once again have a supported operating system. I left the good working win xp for win 10, although I have no complaints on the old Dell with win XP and office 2007.

Purchased this as a work computer for basic file management. Runs Quickbooks 2015 Pro, MS Office 2013, Adobe Illustrator CS4 all fine. Good bang for your buck if you do not need a lot of processing power or graphical capability.
