I was very please with the service that was provided to me before my computer purchase. The sales gentleman was very knowledgeable answered all my questions in detail and made recommendations. I'm very happy with my purchase

The computer is great. It came with Windows 10 and all works just fine. It also came with a mouse and keyboard which was nice. However the keyboard is a bit flat and takes some getting used to using.

I switched to a desktop after using a laptop for years. So glad I made the change.

I bought this system "open box" and I honestly have not been able to find why it was returned. It works like a charm! The system is perfect for what I use it for and has had no issues multitasking.

We added an external device to be able to more easily insert jump drives but it is still hampered some by the speaker cable... Maybe we need to get wireless speakers but that would be another expense.

This has been a really great PC. Not a "gaming " PC per se but has held its own. Not a real fan of Win10, but the hardware is suitable. Likely I'll get a similar one next time around.

Daughter loves it. She uses it everyday if she could be in it 24/7 she would. This has all the software she needs

Bought the earlier version of this model for our daughter at Christmas because it had great reviews and gave a lot for the $. The one I found in the store was the newer version. I was going from a 6 year old laptop to a desktop to give me two large displays. (With a tablet and a phone don't need a laptop for travel.) The model I got home worked ok, was not as fast as I had hoped, the DVD tray rattled when I opened and closed it, it's really big and it gave me generally bad vibes. Returned it for a MAC Mini that doesn't have a DVD player at all, but hums along.

The Dell operates much differently than my previous HPdesktop computer but now that I'm pretty well used to it it works OK, a bit faster than the HP- but I still liked the HP better.

you can depend on dell producte,i do.i have bought dell computers and accessories (monitor etc.) for years.i also got the best (no pun) service and advice from the people at best buy!!

My old computer was over 7 years old, so an upgrade was due....I'm not a high tech guru, by any means, but for the average person, this computer is well worth its weight in gold

Have always liked Dell computers. The last one I had lasted 10 years. It was a bit slow but still perking along and then one day it went. Have had other Dell products and been happy with them all.

This machine was bought to replace a much older computer that will have very few demands. What I like best is the WiFi. No wires required

I was using Windows XP for 12 years. Switching to Windows 10 was a little bit of a shock for me. Transferring everything was quite a pain. It's still a learning experience for me.

Computers now come with NO software except the operating system. Not like a few years ago when the desktop was full, now it's EMPTY.

Compact design, lots of USB 3 ports, can be used as a tower or a desktop. Expansion slots available inside. I've bought a number of these machines and they are solid performers.

It's always good this is my store and everyone knows me and they all are friends I don't like any other store to stop at I drive extra 45 miles to go shopping at the store

I love this computer. I prefer tower to all in one. only problem is I haven't figured out how to get the computer and my printer to work together. I really don't want to buy another printer.

I like having the availability of the Geek Squad to help out when necessary. So far all is well and we do not need assistance but when the time comes, I am confident we will have great service.

I purchased two of these and wanted to expand memory. One had a single 8GB chip and the other had two 4GB chips so I was not able to upgrade the other to 16GB. Not sure why but still great pc
