Disapointed

Couldn't get in consistently, so on 3rd trip back to store requested a new one, that one didn't work any better, as the data from bad computer was transferred to 2nd new Dell. Back again, exchanged Dell for HP and data was then transferred from my original 8 year old computer and so far the HP has been working just fine. Very dissatisfied with the trouble and all the trips back to the store. Geek Squad very patient with all my complains, phone calls, but it was manufacturer fault.

Inexpensive processor to surf web

Wasn't able to reboot using keyboard. Had to disconnect all usb connections and do a hard shutdown. Computer was able to reboot. No issues lately.

Only if you need it

Lost 5000 emails and other things and even paid Geek Squad to work with computers. I guess the computer is fine but hard to get used to.
