My biggest complaint, to get that out of the way, is the bloatware. I had to uninstall a lot of software that was unwanted. The antivirus that comes pre-installed uses about 25% of the CPU resources by itself. It also had 32-bit MS Office on a 64-bit machine. I knocked a star off for that. The good: The computer boots and wakes up fast. Like Apple fast. The speed while using the computer is great, especially after removing said bloatware. The price was most excellent. I was replacing a 10 year old Dell XPS desktop that I paid over $1000 for. I already have multiple laptops, tablets, etc, so I didn't want to spend a ton on this. If you want a reliable desktop for a great price, you should seriously considering this PC.

The computer online spec's doesn't represent the actual computer product what I bought, and it is hard to figured out the WIFI connectivity and it's configuration is not complete

This was my second PC purchase. The first one didn't boot correctly. Then, this device received updates (which were not optional) that caused issues that didn't originally exist.

awful just would never buy this product again plus i hate windows 10 never worked 2 days in a row at home

this computer can barely handle solitaire, if you want to be able to play any game created since the mid 90's, get something else.

To begin with, i had my computer for a month before i set it up. Once setup it worked good for about 15 minutes. Windows hung up and could not do anything. Since my computer was a month old they wouldnt replace it with a new one. Luckly i purchased coverage from the geek squad Pretty upset that a new dell tower out of the box has issues. Will make me think twice when purching Dell products.

I purchased this from Best Buy 34 days ago. Today, through the speakers, it starts making a horrible static noise. I called Best Buy and they won't take it back because it's been more than 15 days. I called Dell, we went through two hours of testing before they said I have to ship it back to them, where it will take 3 weeks to return. Go with Amazon and Lenovo. I'm screwed.

I wanted a fast work computer and got this dell. It is ok but not as fast as I would have liked it to be

Purchased this for basic use. Works ok, but has already locked up a few times.

While opening the computer I heard something rattling around inside. I went back to Best Buy and exchanged the computer for a new one. When I plugged that computer in, it started humming and vibrating very loudly, so I returned that computer too. Bought a Lenovo from Office Depot - better computer, less money.

Interface with web is slower than my ten year old ENT computer

This desktop lagged out of the box. I had to return it.

built in windows 10 the worst Microsoft product ever. does not hold a candle to windows vista. Microsoft "edge" a clumsy mish mosh of useless junk. navigating through the maze of unnecessary layers is as important as "teats" to a bull.

I don't know if the computer I got was just defective or what, but it was not good. It wouldn't download simple programs, wouldn't load disks properly and didn't run that much faster than a 10 year old laptop that I have.

Terrible graphics. Everything is difficult on it! Would have returned it, but family illness made it necessary to leave town; unfortunately, return deadline had passed when we returned. Stuck with it!

We purchased this computer for business purposes, when opening our new location. Haven't gotten much use out of it so far, and already had to send in for service. Very disappointed.

BASED ON MY EXP. IT HAS BEEN BAD. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT FUNCTION AS A WORKING UNIT. STILL WOULD NOT DARE PUT CREDIT INFO. OR ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE IN THIS COMPUTER.

We owned the computer for 3 weeks and it stopped working. Took it to Best buy Geek Squad and they had to send it out for 3 to 4 weeks for repairs.

Brand new out of the box, optical drive does not work. Call Dell and I either pay someone to replace it or I can do it myself. I am not happy.
