I have only had this computer for a month but I had a Dell Computer before and used it for 6 years.

didn't work - poor quality and ;this review is forcing tme to add more characters

Great desktop computer, replaced an old HP laptop that couldn't handle Windows 10. Everything works on this desktop, fast processor, fast hard drive, 8GB ram. Connected to my Comcast router through WIFI, and connected to my Bose sound dock through Bluetooth. I also bought Office 16 from work for a low price. So far this desktop is an excellent buy.

This is perfect for our family with its speed and memory. Very easy to set up. Better value for those not needing any portability.

Nice mid-level machine, super quiet. It’s a good computer,small in size,takes up less room.

I have been looking for a new computer for my wife for a long time. I have been a big fan of Dell and had many of them and looked around for a good deal. The price with this computer was one of the best. This machine has everything that my wife needs and is extremely fast. I checked the reviews and made the purchase. I definitely don't regret it.

Had to purchase replacement computer for work. Had no problems setting up and haven't had any issues with it at all. Other than I personally do not like Windows 10, this computer has been a great purchase.

I replaced my old Dell computer with this one and I have not been disappointed. Very good product for the money. Does everything I need in a computer and probably much more than I will ever learn. Love it!

I bought this new Dell Inspiron 3650 to replace a new Dell Inspiron 3252 that I had bought not long before. The latter was advertised as having a 2.4 gigahertz processor, but actually it had only 1.6 gigahertz, which slowed to a crawl on the internet (my ISP sent a tech to my home but found no reason for the poor performance). Best Buy product support was great about giving me a full refund -- they even provided a free return shipping label. I applied that refund toward this Inspiron 3650, which has an i3 3.7 gigahertz processor. The performance is far superior in all respects except one -- the optical drive (DVD/CD) does not work. The tray is very flimsy, and inserted discs are not recognized (audio, video, or photo). Unfortunately Best Buy would charge $99 for troubleshooting this new computer, and it does not offer free return shipping. This means a trip to the nearest Best Buy store (about an hour away) for an identical replacement 3650 (hopefully) or refund (if necessary). It seems that Dell quality control is not what it should be. I have no issues with Best Buy, but am now very disappointed in Dell products.

Have purchased 3 of these over the past few months for use in our offices. Fast, full featured and great price. Included Wireless connectivity is a plus.

I waited for a sale, and compared around town, this was the best computer for the price and options.

For business purposes, this computer works well. However, it is a bit slow. It took quite a while to get everything set up on the computer, and I had to take it back because of a hardware issue where it wouldn't recognize the hard drive. But for the price, this computer will do well for light computing and office tasks.
