Compact and light. Like that you can use the keyboard lights when needed. Battery lasts about 3 hours. Would recommend this product.

My review is not valid because I purchased it for my 79 year old neighbor who needed a upgrade in my opinion. He has a 10 to 15 year old dell desktop. So this is why I am saying that my review is not valid. I do know that he enjoys his laptop as he is getting use to it. So by his enjoyment I am grateful.

I bought this for college and honestly its a decent laptop for getting things done. My only concern is it does heat up quickly but apart from that it’s a great laptop for college

Upgraded to Windows 11 with no problems. Laptop used for office application and browsing internet. Have been using the laptop without any issues for a little over three weeks.

I do love this laptop. The only thing I do not like is the silver key board. I know how to type but it is so confusing trying to see the letters and numbers..

Loved this laptop. The touchscreen was responsive and typing was great. AND it will survive a 40mph motorcycle wreck; the screen was cracked across the whole thing but still worked perfectly (except the touchscreen). 10/10 would recommend.

This was purchased as a Christmas present and so has not been opened and evaluated. The pricing, in person ordering, availability and delivery were excellent.

Keyboard silver and hard to see even though lit. Prefer black keyboard.

A good laptop for school needs, silent and a practical size to carry around. A little heavy vs others and keywords backlight annoying, I keep it off all the times, but all these are wiped with the great selling price from Best Buy.

Wasnt the price it says online. It was $800 and sum cost for this laptop.

I have no complaints works well. Pretty easy to use had alot of helpful information on how to use all the features and how to find everything.

Clear picture. Love the computer and that it converts to a tablet. It was a gift for our daughter and she loves it. She can flip it to watch movies, use it as a laptop or a table. Great multi purpose laptop.

amazing laptop, although it won't update to windows 11, I have been thinking about buying a more recent inspiron because this laptop does perform very well, and the screen has a nice resolution.

Hard to find reasonably priced, well-featured laptops right now. This one isn’t perfect, but it’s solid.
