Very adequate speaker sound nice clear picture when viewing videos. This laptop is not being used for gaming or with any resource-heavy software. No issues with this laptop would buy another.

Bought it based on reviews and previous Dell experience. I was pleasantly surprised on its performance. It compares favorably to another laptop i use for business. I have no reservations on recommending this to others, both on price and feature. I only wish it came with a fingerprint scanner.

Boots fast, and is an excellent choice for students, college, home use. Touch screen worked well.

The only issue is that there are not many available protectors that allow the flip over to use as a tablet

My little Dell .

Good little machine. So far so good. Like the touch screen feature. Very easy to install and get running out of the box.

The boot up time is awesome and my only dislike is that Windows Hello or a biometric fingerprint scanner isn't installed. I can purchase a fingerprint scanner separately, if necessary.
