Poor customer service

Solid home laptop

Serious gamers would need more, but for normal home use, it is just fine. I have experienced no lags or any problems at all on videos, computer slots or any of those kinds of things.

Good enough, with some compromises

Biggest issue is not having a 1080p screen. This isn't 2012, Dell. Didn't realize that before I bought it, but it ended up not being a deal-breaker. Build quality is acceptable, but the hinge design doesn't feel like it will hold up to consistent switching from tablet-to-laptop mode. Time will tell. Performance is good enough with a new i3/8GB RAM/ and an NVMe SSD. Decent buy.
