The Dell was very easy for my wife to set up and start using. We didn't take up the $99/year Office suite offer, but bought Office 2019 for $39 and had it installed and running in about 10 minutes. Only con is the silver keypad that takes a bit of getting used to.

Husband’s Macbook got damaged when our 4yr old accidentally spilled a little water on the keyboard. He got this Dell laptop and is happy with it. He just wishes the colors were sharper and brighter like the Macbook pro. For the price though, this is a good replacement.

It's as fast as it was when I first bought it. Great for taking notes in class and doesn't overheat!

Pros: 1) Good storage capacity, highly recommend considering high SSD when buying 2) Elegant and slim system 3) Fast responsive screen touch which is compatible with most of the stylus. 4) High processing speed. 5) Fast charging. Cons: 1) Integrated had issues creating distortion when there was not external damage whatsoever. 2) Produces loud and continuous fan noise due to heating of the system even on optimized processing mode. 3) Only one USB port. 4) Fast drainage of battery (Hardly 5 hours) 5) Dell servicing is not recommended as they fix one thing and mess up another thing which had no issues at all. (Already sent thrice within 1 year of buying.

Definitely recommend this laptop. Nice size, performs very well, upgrades are possible. Good quality.

It is sometimes hard to determine how a laptop will really perform as the “specs” only tell part of the story. I bought this laptop as it is similar to the “business version” provided to me by employer. I was prepared for this product to be less robust than the Dell business model that I was familiar with. I think that it is actually every bit as durable. I am extremely happy with this product so far. I would buy it again.

Very light weight, fast computer. Just don't like how there is no number pad for the computer.

I was looking for a very nice tablet that also had a full-size suite to accommodate my business needs. This was a great substitute. It is small enough, yet big enough not to be intrusive. I don't feel like I am carrying a briefcase. The keys are easy to read/use. If I don't want/need the use of the keyboard, I fold it back - now I have a tablet. I've never used a Dell product. We will see what happens.

This item is very durable, not too heavy, and easy to use. Love the talking feature.
