This laptop has everything. The 4K display is spectacular and the dedicated graphics processor gives it the extra power it needs to drive it. The SSD drive, at 512GB, has enough space to install your programs like Office and Photoshop/Elements along with a few games (the 256GB drives just isn't enough). And, it's fast access (Optane) means you aren't waiting as long for applications to launch. This much power is overkill for basic school work but, if you want to also do photo/video editing and play the popular games, it's necessary.

We purchased this for my son to take to college. Getting it set up was easy. Screen quality is great and it is faster than any other computer in the house. My son was doing some 3D design and modeling and was very impressed by the speed. We haven't had it very long, but it seems to be worth what we paid for it. Having a pen as part of the package was a nice plus and the spot where it is stored will prevent it from getting lost.

I bought this as a gift for someone who doesn't naturally take to computers, especially laptops, with their smaller screens and keyboards. This turned out to be a winner, because it offers not just a keyboard and mouse, but the touchscreen which she uses the most. It's been very fast and has a high quality screen resolution. She also likes the included pen which unleashes her creative side. This was a really good purchase.

I use the laptop for business. The keyboard is responsive and reduces my typing errors (not sure why but it does). Battery life is nice, boots up quickly. Finger print recognition, touch screen and stylus are all positive factors for me. Speed is nice so is the resolution on the display no matter what the room lighting happens to be.

This laptop will be the end of all my laptop purchases. It does it all, it’s fast, very hardy and even looks good.

The cat spilled water on my HDMI port, but that's not Dell's fault. Super happy with my purchase, amazing picture, flip to tablet is great for movies in bed, purchased for music production, handles it like a beast. Only issue is graphics seem chuggy while playing large game titles like Borderlands 3 or ESO.

As an artist, a business owner, and a life long Mac user, I thought I would never find a Windows machine to meet me needs...then I found this! The versatility of being a "2 in 1", the touch screen, the graphic capability, the storage and strength, the size and aesthetics...it met every need on my list! And, a good price point as well. I highly recommend it.

I was replacing a Microsoft Surface and I had thought it was fast and a good screen, but they did not compare to this model and it was not nearly as expensive as the Surface. Also I like the ability to turn it into a note pad without having to detach the screen. The built in pen holder is a plus and the included pen is nice for taking notes and rough drawings. I'm sure others would use that more than me. All in all, a great purchase.

This laptop has the best display true HD and easy on the eyes. It is very fast.

For the price point, this computer is great. It features enough specs to run almost anything. As a scientist, I tendo to run image analysis and other demanding software. This computer has been performing very well. The 4 K display, along with the 2-in1 design are pluses. I will admit, the fans tendo to be active often. However, I don't see this as an issue as it will protect the processor from overheating.

Very good price on this Dell system, SSD hard drive makes all the diffrence in the speed.

Meets the specs for engineering school and below. The screen is crystal clear - amazing for watching Netflix in the dorm. The pen is really handy for note taking in class, especially with the laptop in tablet mode. Would have preferred the same features on a slightly smaller machine. This is a little bigger than we wanted for use on school desks, but the smaller model sacrificed a lot of features.

Running OS windows 10 fast excellent video. Very good key board. Very fast.

Absolutely love the touch screen function. Only thing I dislike are all the software updates that come with Dell. Glitches a bit when watching shows? Other than that, amazing quality and love the accessibility.

I have been very happy with this lap top. After trying the newest ASUS 2n1 two times I went back to a trusted brand I've had before and am glad I did. Enjoying the ease of use, speed, and no aggravation in compatibility to what what I had. I keep my computers forever so it was tough to change, but this Dell made it easy to like, adjust, and be happy.

Bought as open box, certified. Nice, comfortable to use. Good battery life. Nice thickness to monitor, doesn't feel like your going to crack the screen opening the laptop. Great storage slot for included Dell pen, just wish it used rechargeable batteries and charged when docked instead of having a AAAA replaceable. Overall would buy again.
