Very useful and easy to use! The capability of switching back and forth from laptop to tablet mode is very useful for my field of work and the pen that is magnetically attached helps to keep track! Overall great performance and great price

I just learn something geeksquad don’t know everything this Dell come with it own stylus pen which at first I didn’t know when I bought the Bamboo writing pen which is not compatible to my 2-in-1 so returning it was easy but while in the store looking for a pad that you can connect and write basically a connect and play but to my surprise the pen that come with my device you came write with it and Greg Thank you so much young Man you made my day and save me money and a headache I was just gonna forget about it and was done so thank you for your knowledge my pen is not just a stylus.

I love this touch screen laptop. It is easy to use, has FANTASTIC screen quality/ vivid colors. I work with special needs students and depend on this every day as many of my students can only use their fingers to write.

I've only had this laptop for about 2 weeks so far, but it's working wonderfully and I'm so excited to keep using it! Right now I have been using this laptop a lot for digital drawing, and I have connected my Huion tablet to it. Both the drawing and tablet programs run smoothly and the laptop screen's display is stunning. Furthermore, the backlit keyboard also makes it easier to work in dimly lit settings. There's even a place to securely hold your Dell pen magnetically in the laptop; personally, I think this detail is creative, clever, and (most importantly) useful. Overall, I can't wait to see what all this laptop has to fully offer!

After much online research settled on this. Good features, specs, and price (BB had it on sale—100s $ less than others with these features: I wanted 16 GB, 512 GB SSD/Optane, upgraded video (mx250 4K), touch screen, 4 core I7.

I purchased this laptop for use in an IT program at the local university. Simple to use and seems to be able to process multiple services of high consumption with little/no problem. Touchscreen is a nice feature.

I bought this to replace a 13" touchscreen. The larger size is great, and the display is outstanding (3840x2160). This one includes a touchscreen stylus that magnetically attaches just below the display hinge--very convenient and works great. This includes the side numeric keypad that I didn't have on my 13" (and missed dearly). I have had to get used to the keys on this laptop being more sensitive than my previous one, but that is easy enough. I do not use the tablet mode a lot, but when I do, turned portrait, it rearranges my icons---but I think that is a Windows issue, not sure. Overall, an outstanding laptop, and as usual, Best Buy was a great price, even a little lower about a week later, so they gave me a refund of the difference.

This laptop is very lightweight and is very fast. I would recommend to any professional who travels for work and needs a powerful machine

I mostly use the laptop for office work or to watch netflix and it's really good for both. Battery lasts throughout the day for me and the laptop feels sturdy but light. Nothing bad to say as of ~3 weeks in.

This laptop has done everything I have asked it to and more. All day battery and the stylus let me keep up with classes. Its quick it's slightly lighter but, it's quick and the 4k resolution is amazing.

I bought this laptop to replace an aging desktop. I really like the fact that I can flip it over & make it into a tablet and the pen fits right into the case so you never misplace it! I wish the battery was a little longer than 6 hours and that it had a slot for SD card to look at pictures without having to buy a separate external reader. The other thing I would change is eliminate the separate keypad on the right side of the keyboard. It was incredibly easy to setup myself and is very fast!!

I was looking for a laptop that could still provide a number pad so that limited my options right from the start. My main use for a computer is writing emails, doing estimates, and typing proposals, so I wanted to make sure it had a good feel for what I spent the most time doing. Outside of that, I do some light graphic work so I needed a good screen and strong processor and memory and this delivers on that. All around I have only had the machine a few days but it seems to be everything I need.

My wife wanted a new laptop because Windows 7 EOL and she wanted to try gaming with me. Long story short, she plays Destiny 2 with me almost every night and she loves the laptop in general.

You’re better off with a MacBook. Even with wayyy better specs than my current MacBook, it gets out performed by a land slide. How is it that a machine so powerful can only supply me with 4 hours of battery life with barely any use. The 4K display was amazing, but I would take the ability to multitask without compromising my battery any day.

This computer is a Rocket! It seems so fast compared to my old computer. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and I just love it, doesn’t seem to be anything I can’t do with it.

I am loving the touch screen :) The battery doesn't stay charged very long but the power saving mode is great.

Very fast. Does not allow older software to be loaded into it which is a big problem and expensive to overcome.

It's a great computer with great specs. The touch screen can be finicky. It seems that I have to calibrate it often and I usually disable it when I'm live streaming our church service from it so that when it starts randomly clicking on the screen it doesn't cause any interruptions. But I didn't buy it for the touch screen, so I am not too disappointed with that. Mine probably is just finicky. Overall, I'm still happy with the buy.

This is the best and most reliable laptop i have ever owned. The price was unmatched and the customer service was desirable. I'll keep coming back for sure.

Bought this for school because my Mac was out of date. Easy to switch over and easy to use. Love the touchscreen and 2-in-1 concept. Very thin. Highly recommend this computer!!
